Answer:	After three months my power cord stopped working for no apparent reason after only normal light use. Although the cord has the standard micro USB plug used on Android phones and just about everything else these days the physical shape of the razor prevents most charging cords from fitting into the socket. I have at least half a dozen micro USB cords and only one of them sort of fits, which is how I know it is the cord and not the razor that failed, but unfortunately it doesn't fit well enough to be a long term replacement solution. I am going to try to contact SweetLF for a replacement.

Question:	I just got this shaver (without a cleaning base) and in Manual I don't see any mention of putting oil on the blades. Does it need to be oiled
Answer:	I have been using foil shavers for about 60 years, I am now 76, and never used oil. When the blades cut whiskers they also stuff off some skin cells. I don't think it is healthy for the skin to put machine oil on it. You don't see this in the manual because it's not a good idea in my opinion.
Question:	Is this a super close shave? Because I do not like shavers that are not super close shaves
Answer:	Definitely super close shave. A great deal depends on the perfection of your technique: Use a small amount of moisture of any kind during the final minute or two so that the skin will bunch up/roll as the shaver head is pressed over it. This exposes the very roots of the whiskers to the cutters. The result is an ultra smooth shave easily the equivalent of the Gillette razor.
Question:	I always end up having problems with the cleaning station. Anyone have any issues with this model
Answer:	I've had two cleaning stations break on me, both times the pump stopped working. First lasted just ever a year. Panasonic wouldn't sell me a replacement, so the first time I had to send the razor+cleaning station back and they sent me a brand new razor+cleaning station as a warranty replacement. Such a waste, since there was nothing wrong with the razor itself. The second cleaning station stopped cleaning after less than a year. I'm not going to bother trying to replace it again, will just clean in manually.

Answer:	Rinse the shaver head, apply some liquid hand soap to the foil, hold the start button for 2-3 sec and it will go into sonic vibration cleaning mode. After a few seconds, hit the start button to shut it off (it will shut off automatically after 20 sec.) Gently remove the foil and rinse both the foil and the blade with warm water. Set aside to air dry. Keep out of direct sunlight. If you do not have any soap, just remove the foil and rinse the two components and let air dry.

Answer:	They have the US warehouse and mine was shipped out from there. The saw I received works very well, no need to return.

Answer:	Not reliable at all. I read the other reviews and really thought this was going to be a decent deal, but I was greatly disappointed. I've only been able to use the saw for about 1 hour total. The bar was crooked so I could not cut a straight line. I replaced the bar with one off another saw and Now the engine won't stay running. It's a toy saw, don't waste your money. Buy a real one.

Answer:	Never try Braun M90, but Panasonic ES3831K is perfect for wet shaving.

Answer:	This is great for the Pubes! I just bought the Philips Norelco Bodygroomer BG2040/49 - skin friendly, showerproof, body trimmer and shaver for $68.00. I bought it so I could shave my pubes with it. It is fine for getting the hair short, but when it comes time to use the shaver on the pubes, it BITES me, whether I shave wet with cream or dry. But, the Panasonic ES3831K travel shaver (which I've been using on my beard for years) works just great on the Pubes. No bites, no nicks, nothing. Just be careful (as you should). I just bought a second one for my beard, now that I'm using my old one on the pubes. At $14.57 you can't go wrong! P.S. I use this shaver dry on the pubes, not wet. It does just fine!
