Question:	where does the trimmed hair go or get collected? I have one of these and I noticed the trimmed hair is very fine and hardly collects inside the head
Answer:	When you clean the razor in the base, some hair goes into the solution cartridge. I found that some collects in the base and needs to be wiped out or rinsed out when you change the cartridge. I have to do all this for my husband!
Question:	I am a new owner of this unit. Is there an effective way to pre-rinse it or spray air to pre-clean? Or is it best to just forego any pre-cleaning?? Any other tips on cleaning? Thanks! Love the razor
Answer:	Just rinse it under the sink while it’s turned on. You can also add a drop or two of hand soap before rinsing it under the sink. If you do pre-rinse the cutting head make sure you then use the cleaning station, as rinsing the cutting head in the sink removes all lubricant from the razor. The Braun cleaning solution is just alcohol and lemon oil, the lemon oil acts as a lubricant.

Answer:	My girlfriend uses one for her legs, armpits, and lady bits. It leaves her skin smooth and free of razor burn or ingrown hairs. We both own this (I use mine on my face though)

Answer:	Black man here. I've had one of these for 5 years and can add my voice to the mix: only minor skin irritations, but I don't use aftershave at all, just some lotion. My only extra advice is that the automatic cleaner base broke after 2 years, but the plug goes directly into the shaver, which I now buzz into a glass of soap. And the sideburn shaver part broke off just this year, but the shaver still lasts for 10+ shaves / 6 weeks for a charge after all this time.

Answer:	All the answers from Feb 2020 are now out of date. As of 8/23/2020, just search anywhere for "Braun 35B" and it will come up. Of course a company like Braun would never put out an orphaned product. I'm guessing there was a short-term supply problem back then? Watch out when shopping... there is more than one style cutter head for the series 5 Shavers. You need the type number which is only number that is unique to your shaver. I finally found it on my shaver under the cutter head. The front page of the manual shows Model 5762 for the one I got. Then manual also lists the 53B cutter head assembly. So keep your manual! You will also need it to reset the cutter replacement indicator. Amazon is only showing one. It is $31.72 but there is $11.26 shipping from the UK. Walmart has it on their website for $29.90 with free shipping.

Answer:	the top can be opened and I assume the blades can also be replaced. I had a similar one for almost 5 yr, i cleaned every couple month and i never replaced the blades.

Answer:	I disagree with the previous answer. Even though there is no pop-up trimmer, the buzzer in between the two foil shavers clips the hair down to a length that you can then shave with the foil shavers. It is good for body hair if you want to shave it all off; I do it all the time.

Answer:	To the rear of the flashlight. Or better yet, at the end of the barrel.
Question:	How do you change the cleaning program from short economical cleaning to high intensive cleaning? I don't see a toggle button
Answer:	5 Modes. Deep press the button to turn on and off. After opening, lightly press the button once to switch between high/medium/low. After turning it on, lightly press the button twice to enter the blinking mode. Blinking mode Lightly press the button twice to enter SOS mode. After understanding the correct usage skills, it will be easy to use.
Question:	Does anyone know the difference between the 9290 and the 9295 besides the color
Answer:	This flashlight uses OSRAM P8 LED imported from Germany. When using the included 18650 rechargeable battery, it can emit 1500LM of strong light and can last for 1.3 hours, but I don't recommend that you use it like this, it will shorten its life.
Question:	Does anyone know the emf of this electric shaver? I am concerned about the electromagnetic radiation of this product

Question:	Is the side-trimmer selectable or always on
Answer:	Selectable. Trimmer is activated when pushed out of its slot on the backside of the shaver.
Question:	Can someone explain to me why the 370 replacement foil is $15, but this whole trimmer is $22? I feel like something is off here
Answer:	Unfortunately the cost of the replacement parts for the battery operated shavers is almost the cost of a whole unit.
Question:	How long do the batteries last
Answer:	With eneloops some 4 hours. Primary Alkalines have an initial voltage around 1.5V, but with use this drops to 1V or less. I understand that electric motors rev faster at higher voltage - more power? So you might have a faster shave initially with a fresh Alki - but a solid 1.25V from robust eneloops might be preferable overall. If co$t is no object one could use long lasting primary 1.8V lithiums - both high power & runtime. I have experimented using a safe rechargeable 3.2V LiFePO4 battery. Lightweight with a Dummy second cell, this offers a solid high voltage for power, but reduced runtime. With no more than 60 minutes expected, I put in a freshly charged LiFe cell weekly.
Question:	This is not doing anything, and I am confused by all the good ratings. It didn't cut any of the hair - am I doing something wrong
Answer:	My husband has very very very thick facial hair, and he says he has to use it every day or the hair gets a bit too long for this shaver to give him a close shave without making multiple passes over the hair (which can cause skin irritation I believe). He uses this as his "I-don't-have-time-to-shave-before-I-run-out-the-door-for-work" back-up shaver, and uses it in his car in the parking lot (or in his office) before he starts the workday. He has also said that the foil on this razor isn't on par with Braun's standard foils, and that may be part of the issue with it not working as well. However, for the price, and not needing a charger, he continually states it serves its purpose. His regular routine involves using the clippers (that he uses for haircuts) to get his beard down very short, then using a safety razor (rather than regular disposable) to smooth it all out. Like I said, thick hair, hard to take care of. I have seen him though, on occasion, just use the clippers, then clean it all up with the Mobile Shaver. Hope this helps...

Question:	Can i order a cleaning care station with a 6 series
Answer:	. I bought the 6020s series6 in March and apron opening it the head was damaged. Went to return to Walmart and was told they don’t return razors to call Braun. Called Braun, promised a 1 time replacement and never received it. Got a 100.00 paperweight because I refuse to buy another actual Braun product until they keep their word.
