Answer:	For my nearly 70 year-old eyes, the improved lcd and especially the ev were worth it. I've been shooting an fz200 for a couple of years, really like it. But I'm almost shooting outside, nature photos, and especially while kayaking. LOTS of sun/glare, and the lcd was almost useless. The EV on the 200 is acceptable, but small and sometimes difficult to get right to the eye. The 300's lcd still won't stand up to very bright conditions, but the EV is far better. I also find the top dial control a substantial improvement on the back dial on the 200, which was tricky to handle with the left thumb, which is what it's positioned for. Pushing the back dial was the way to switch back and forth from aperture/shutter control and exposure compensation; the 300 has a separate function button for EC control. I'm very pleased with the improvements, and they were worth the money for me.

But I don’t actually use it under running water (why would you?) and the place I store it in the shower doesn’t have water falling on it all the time. Answer:	I prefer Feather blades over the Astra's. It looks as if Gentleman Jon has an agreement with Astra. They're supposed to be a good blade IF you get the ones made in a certain country (I forget which one). I've used Astra's and just seem to prefer the Feather blades. You'll have to make your own decision. I can get 100 top quality Feather blades on Amazon for a little under $25....and that will easily last me a year!

Answer:	It is the size of a standard makeup bad or dopp bag. Maybe like 7 or 8 inches long and 4 wide and tall. Not big enough for like a ton of stuff. It definitely accommodates what is shipped plus my husbands other stuff. He has probably 6 soap discs in their, 3 brushes and all his other facial products like mustache waxes and cleansing products.

Answer:	OK everybody, get our your rulers with inches on one side and metric on the other side. Looks like 7mm is just a hair over 1/4 ", so 9/32 is probably correct. 12mm looks a hair under 1/2", so I think 15/32. The typo is the 1 is missing from 15 in 15/32.

Answer:	The question is referring to trimming the head hair (medium/heavy duty), as opposed to just facial hair (light/medium duty). Yes, this can be used to trim the hair on your head. I have one and I use it for that. In fact, that's the safest place to use it because if you're not careful, it'll draw blood on your neck/face should you let the cutting tines press against your flesh at too high an angle.

Answer:	Use the guards! I’m assuming you’re asking about a trim rather than a shave down. Trim with the guards on to shorten the hair and use a razor to shave it to a clean finish. People who don’t use the guards are doing it all wrong! Who the heck uses clippers straight up on skin like that. If you did, you deserved to get nicked.

I just did my grandson's hair using them and it turned out looking fantastic and precise. I believe these will help you maintain your husband's clipper cut just fine. Answer:	It definitely cuts hair on your head well but it depends on your definition of bald. Are you looking to bic it with no hair whatsoever? Because it won't cut that close. You will be able to see hair still

Answer:	This brand has been on Amazon for at least 4 years... As I've purchased one of their other shavers. It's a $40 equivalent of something 2x the price. If the manual for a push button shaver is a sticking point, feel free to purchase a name brand.

Answer:	No, because the Clipper has to 2mm worth of built-in cutting lengths. So if you put this guard on and have the cutting edge has been set to 0.5, you will be at 4mm. If you slide the built-in cutting length to 2.5, you will be at 6mm using this guard. Make sense?
Question:	How is it for shaving your taint and hairy ball sack
Answer:	Notice the 5 degrees tuneable blade on the trimmer itself. It allows you to set the length from 0.5 to 2.5 (it means it has a 2mm range) so when you put the guard 7-9mm and set the trimmer on 0.5, it will cut 7mm. And for instance if you change the dial to 2.5mm, it will cut 9mm. It means you have a wide variety of selections.

Answer:	There are two trimmer combs. One has a 1/4 inch (6mm) wide cutting surface, and the second one has a 1-3/8 inch (3.5 cm) cutting surface. The actual width of both combs is slightly wider, but those are the actual cutting widths. Hope that helps.
Question:	what is a detailing blade
Answer:	No. It will not operate with the charger cord connected, whether the charger is connected to power or not. It is designed not to work with anything connected to the charging port. The trimmer comes with a "travel plug" that is a small piece of plastic that can be plugged into the charging connector that will keep the trimmer from being turned on accidentally during travel.I've had my trimmer for about 3 months. I use it a couple times a week for a couple minutes. I have not had to recharge it since the initial charge I gave it when I bought it.

Answer:	You can change the length of the cut based on the direction you use it. If you go with the hair grain, it will leave the length a bit longer than when you go against it. There is very little difference between using the #1 with the grain of the hair and the #2 going against the grain.
Question:	new or used? i see many complaints with hair on new machines
Answer:	Mine won't turn on most of the time. I keep trying over a day or so and suddenly it's on and I can use it. What's the point of paying to send it back to the USA from NZ when the risk is I'll get as a replacement one of the ones that don't turn off. The paperweight comment sums it up. There are far too many faulty ones out there just from the complaints on this site alone. In the 21C you expect nearly all examples of a product to work faultlessly and they do. But not this product.

Answer:	My charger indicated 120 volts only. I bought the groomer not knowing I'd be going to Europe for three years. Before I left, I bought a very small, inexpensive voltage converter (charging it takes very little wattage) and used the groomer in Europe for three years with no problem and continue to use it in the US.

Answer:	Mine is model number Remington PG6025. When Mine is totally dead, I plug in the charging cord, the green light comes on. And it works as if it's fully charged. Mine, maybe I got lucky, maybe it's a fluke, but MY Remington PG6025 DOES indeed work fine when plugged in if the battery is TOTALLY dead.

Answer:	Yes and very well. You should be sure you're only using it against taught skin, so if you need to stretch things a bit to get a proper working area, that's the way to go. For methods, the end of the razor head actually looks like an angled blade like this /\\\ where the / is the blade and the \\\ is the razor body. when shaving with the razor) go in the same direction as the hair grain (pretty neat to find out how it curves etc). Go with the grain first, then against. Typically the thighs, pubis, and posterior can all be shaved in any direction. Your meat and potatoes are the troublesome parts. So yes you can definitely shave your head bald like I have been doing.

Answer:	I too get ingrown hairs on my face/neck when using razors or electric shavers (I've tried 4 different sets ranging from 50-100$ each).This beats them all. It shaves close enough so that there is not too much stubble by 5pm but doesn't trim flush with the surface of the skin so ingrown hairs aren't much of an issue.David mentioned that it gets hot quickly--it does. However it takes less than 5-10 minutes to get an even shave on my face, neck, back of neck and shoulders. Typically it takes 15-20 minutes of continual use before it gets uncomfortable for me personally (I've used it to shave my entire head. If you choose to do that I recommend trimming the hairs close first with no guard on another set of clippers and these to finish; they can pinch if my hair is longer than 3/4".
