Answer:	It is compatible for Windows XP, Vista, 7 and up, including Windows 8 and Windows 10. There are drivers to download on Microsoft's page for Windows XP, Vista, and 7. Anything higher will have the proper drivers built in.

Answer:	I do not know. My pads seem to be resistant and durable and I had no problem with them. In your case I think your best option would be contacting Microsoft to see if they can sell replacement parts for that headset. I doubt it, but it is worth a try. In any case, the sell price of the item is so affordable and the item so good that I would not hesitate to buy it used at incredible savings.

Answer:	Alum has natural antiperspirant and antibacterial properties and has been used as deodorant for thousands of years. Be aware that it has no scent. I also wouldn't use the same alum block on my face that I had been rubbing under my arms...

Answer:	Run the top of the stick under water for 3-5 seconds. Then rub /apply to shave area. Allow to dry for 30-60 seconds then wash off with cold water.

Answer:	When looking at it, it does look like smaller pieces pressed together to form the shape. Works great though. I will say this is the first alum block I have used.
