Answer:	If you have normal skin once or twice a week is good. If you have sensitive skin maybe once every other week. Also remember to keep your brushes clean because dead skin will build up all the brush.

I put it on the water and went to sit on it and it was like riding a bull! My legs went over my head! I felt so stupid. My cat put a few holes in it. I regret not buying 2 of them like my gut said. I haven't found one since.
