Answer:	I don’t think the filter changes the ph of the water so whatever it starts with I assume it is after filtration.

Answer:	depends on the shape and size of the replacement head. I personally feel this shower is too heavy. It's extremely difficult to change this filter. The last time I changed mine, it would not stop leaking no matter what I did. I gave up on it and the filters were too expensive also.

Answer:	The housing is a very strong plastic. The housing seems to be just like the e-water brand but the filter only last 6 months. I had to buy it any way because e-water filters were out of stock and no indication as to when they would be available. The e-water works well for 18 months. Cost a little more but actually cost a little less. Either way the filtered shower head is good if you can't have a whole house water filter.

Answer:	No it doesn't go over a boot. The seal is very small and tight. There's no way to stretch it that much. I'm returning mine.

Question:	What kind of material is it made of
Answer:	All bath mats will grow mold, if you leave them in the tub. This mat is mildew resistant, but if you don't want mold, you have to remove it from the tub after each use. I lay mine on the front edge of the tub, when I'm not using it, with the suction cups pointing up. When I put it back in the tub, I make sure the tub is wet and I press down on the mat, making sure that the suction cups are sticking to the tub. A dry mat can slip! Bleach is the best cleaner, if you do wind up with some mildew.

Question:	Does anyone know what is the diameter of the seat
Answer:	Seat diameter is 12 inches,
Question:	I want to use this wet (in bath) and dry (as laptop stand).since there are no draining holes, would it be completely dry in a few hours after shower
Answer:	Water will get into the legs and still be present for a long time because of the low evaporation surface area. Therefore, hours later, when moving it to your laptop location there might be some leakage from the drain holes as you move it. Your solution is to empty the legs by removing the rubber feet first. Or just set a towel under it.
Question:	do the legs fill up with water? Do they have to be drained after each shower
Answer:	No the legs are sturdy and closed at the top. Water cannot enter the leg shafts. Also the diameter of the shower seat is 12" which is a good size. My brother is about 200 lbs and 5'10" tall. It's a very sturdy shower stool and I would not hesitate to recommend this.

Answer:	I returned it as it no way compares to my Johnathan Water filter that I have ordered for years & now seem to have difficulty getting. I don’t know what is in it but it left my hair oily which it never is.

Question:	I am looking to purchase this for my grandmother (92 yrs old), can the shower curtain not close while showering? The shower floor will be soaking
Answer:	A suggestion from the Physical Therapy department where we were encouraged to have this particular style shower bench was to cut the shower curtain that goes just over the shower chair. I think this would work. I was able to tuck the shower curtain in over the chair. I was always on stand-by in the bathroom when the bench was in use so had a bit of control for the shower curtain, the water situation, etc.

Answer:	Depends on what you are installing into. Wood backing, masonary, drywall with the proper anchors. The finish rings slide on bar to expose a flange that normally will have a few mounting points. Two to three fastners per side. I prefer Toggler brand snap toggles for drywall install.

Special drill bit meant tiles didn't crack. Also used stud-finder to mount on studs for added security plus used inset anchors in tile walls to ensure no pull-out when grasped. Took somewhat longer than anticipated to install but when done, not worried about them coming loose or causing safety issues.
Question:	What size drill bit do I need for drilling the tile
Answer:	I bought the 18 inch grab bar but from the top tip of the bracket to the bottom end of the bracket the length is 21 inches.

Answer:	I have never tried it on my hair but since it contains epsom salts I don't think I would want to try it on my hair.
Question:	Is the 17 inch length of the handle not including the scrubber ball
Answer:	It can be used as a shower gel. Its a very thick soap so it may not be as good as using it for a bath tub application. Its best used as a soaking bath application.
Question:	Is the "loofah" artificial or real vegitative loofah? Is it firm enough to wash feet
Answer:	I guess you could pile many, many, bags on top of each other in place of a jack, but you'd probably have more fun soaking in the stuff.
