Answer:	This is the only thing that worked for me. If I don't put anything on, an hour after waking up, I can make a grown man cry. I've always been that way and just suffered until I found this, however, I have since stopped using it due to using natural products without aluminum. The only natural thing that I have found that works for me is called Primal Pit Paste (extra strength). Gives you two options to use. ;) also adding chlorophyll supplements/ more leafy greens to your diet can help. Good luck!

Answer:	I used this product on my forehead and neck and upper chest area. The smell is Pleasant and I put it on at night before I go to sleep and wash it off in the morning. I find that if I don't let it dry all the way before I go to sleep it does burn a little so make sure what are you are putting it on is completely dry before going to sleep

Answer:	This actually depends on how frequently you will use the loofah, there is no such a period to change the loofah after but in general, it will last for months and you can replace it when you feel that it no longer get the job done as it used to be(i.e became extremely soft with no exfoliation,..etc), we can't say that you should replace it after 4 or 6 weeks as many others do just to make extra money out of their customers but we actually want the good for you and just want you to be pleased with the experience of the natural care. Just try it once and you will figure out how much it lasts for you.
