Answer:	The box is pretty big (but not heavy) - about 9 inches high and deep, by 16 inches long. It does have a handle, if that helps. It only weighs about 7 pounds though.

Answer:	The pillow itself does not have a zipper. The protective case that it comes in does. You could essentially add more foam into the case and put a pillow case over that.
