Answer:	I haven’t noticed anything like that at all. After every time I brush my teeth, I take my hand towel (a little damp), and remove the toothbrush head, wipe that off, and I also I wipe off the handle itself as well as the metal bar at the very top that the toothbrush clicks on to. It may seem tedious, but it literally takes me less than 60 seconds and I do think it’s good practice and helps prevent any sort of build up/accumulation.

Answer:	I'm a dental hygienist and I have used the sonicare for kids on my boys since they were 2 and a half and 7. The sonicare will do a better job at brushing their teeth with the sonic action, getting to areas where the bristles might not actually get to. However, even with that said, I would not let my 2 year old use the brush on their own, I always brushed his teeth FOR him. They can do a lot of damage to the soft tissues with a brush like this, on their own. If you want them to do it on their own, let them have a manual toothbrush, and then go over it with the sonicare, which you should already be doing anyways with their brushing since a 2 year old isn't capable of brushing effectively.

Answer:	My guess is yes. It fits other ProtectiveClean brushes starting with 5___, so it’s probably very similar. As long as your brush head is the snap-on kind (meaning you pull the brush head away from the handle to remove it) rather than the twist-on kind, I’m guessing you should be fine. I got a pack of brush heads that were different from the one that came with my brush, and they fit on the brush but the bristle part was too large for the brush cover/cap. These come with caps, though, so that shouldn’t be an issue for you

Answer:	Hi! No, Philips Sonicare ExpertClean toothrbsuh will not charge to the charging cup.
Question:	Can i charge through my laptop with the usb cable provided
Answer:	I'm not sure. The Sonicare comes with two types of adapters. The cradle or case does accept a USB mini, so I suppose you can attach the standard USB end to your laptop USB outlet.
Question:	What’s the product guarantee with manufacturer? My brush head is wiggly and very loud
Answer:	This is exactly what happened to me. I went through Philips for my warranty claim. They couldn’t find the model number but sent me a similar model that I later discovered did not have Bluetooth capability.
Question:	What is Philips North America doing about the high failure rate of this toothbrush
Answer:	Nothing that I’m aware of. I was disappointed by its failure just after a month (beyond the return period) and received only a partial refund. I have since purchased a less expensive Sonicare that isn’t as good but it works!
