Answer:	At the proper concentration, neem oil is generally considered safe. “Neem oil is not listed as a toxic plant product for cats or dogs as per the ASPCA Poison Control Center or Pet Poison Helpline, yet I always recommend cautious use with all dogs and cats under the guidelines of the pet’s primary veterinarian,” Mahaney says. Another reason to consult with your pet’s vet, and a reminder that natural is not necessarily synonymous with safety, is that “neem oil can interact with insulin, some oral diabetic medications agents, and thyroid hormone supplementation medication,” McFaddin says. Question:	Can this be used on cats
Answer:	FYI, cats and dogs are VERY different. Cats lack certain liver enzymes that dogs do not. Therefore, many, MANY things that are safe for dogs are not safe for cats, and can even kill them. You would actually have to research every ingredient for cat safety if it has not been approved for cats. Cats are also tolerant at a much lower level, which is one reason you NEVER give flea treatment designed for dogs to cats, even at the same 'weight' per dose. It can sicken and even kill them. Essential oils and other 'natural' substances can also be deadly for cats. Just be careful with kitties, and never assume you can safely use dog products for cats.

Answer:	I am not a doctor and cannot give you a medical opinion. However, my own research and understanding of this is that you and I have the same concern. Titanium dioxide is from an original natural substance of ilmenite ore. It is used in so many products primarily as a whitener. The primary concern deals with the fact if used as an inhalation such as would occur in face powder or similar products; the other is are the particles nanoparticles. An article in The Guardian says that most toothpastes haven't quantities to qualify as nanoparticles. I did a lot of reading and you may want to refer to that articles of 3-13-14. Rinsing and spitting 10 to 15 times after a meal is the first step and removes most large pieces of food left behind and takes about a minute or two in total. 2. Flossing needs to happen everyday preferably with your last cleaning of the day before bed. 3. A water pic is another good choice in addition to flossing. 4. Metal tools similar to what a dentist uses to scrape teeth are an excellent next step and surprisingly inexpensive as well as the single most effective way to remove plaque. Hence why it is the first tool the dentist reaches for. Calcium deposits on teeth from saliva can be removed well this way too. 5. Lastly a high quality mechanical tooth brush. I can absolutely guarantee if you do the above steps everyday along with a healthy diet you will have extremely great teeth. My 11 and 12 year old are living proof and perform all the above step everyday save for the metal tools which they use approximately once or twice a month my son more than my daughter. Both had and have braces currently but just remove the food after eating as opposed to letting it sit in the warm wet mouth where it rots and therefore rots what’s next to it, namely teeth. Both have never had a cavity or fluoride and use only fluoride free toothpaste. I perform all above steps everyday myself too except for the water pic.

Answer:	Here is the answer from Zerowater's FAQ:"Q. Does the ZeroWater filter remove Fluoride?A. ZeroWater filters are not certified for the reduction of fluoride however fluoride is an inorganic compound. The TDS meter is designed to detect inorganic compounds. Fluoride levels in water are usually around 2 to 4 ppm, which will show up on the meter as 002 to 004. So when filtered water reads 000 it is not likely that fluoride is present in water."

Answer:	I know this will sound crazy, but I've just filled my 50th pitcher and am registering 000. Maybe this is because my local level is 194, which I think is low. At first I was using the meter which comes with the pitcher, but when the light didn't go on at 20-25-30 pitchers, I bought the numeric meter, thinking the other was malfunctioning. The reading was 000. I checked using unfiltered water and the light went on on the first, and the other registered 169. So I guess it's still filtering. I just bought 2 filters to have on hand when I need to change. I don't know if it's of any value, but I don't fill it above the black filter line. The period of time it lasts depends on your use.

However, if you are looking for something with perhaps longer bristles, we understand, and are working on it! It's a bit tricky because the longer the bristles, the more they are prone to breaking, which we don't want to happen, which is the challenge in making (safe) finger brushes. Question:	will a normal toothbrush fall thru the bottom
Answer:	I couldn't look at my tissue holder because it has been in storage for 3 years now. However, I don't believe that there is a bottom. The bottom is where you would insert the tissue box and the tissue comes out of the top. I hope this helps.

Answer:	I had a similar issue, only for me it was the nozzle part of the dispenser. It popped off less than a year after my initial purchase. I called the company and they sent me a replacement dispenser, 'free of charge'. It did it again and again I called, with the same free replacement. When the nozzle popped of a third time, I called and told them that they really need to address this issue, but don't bother sending me another. I ended up using the dispenser part of a Soft Soap container. Although it doesn't screw on tightly, it has yet to break as the Lenox version did. I love this design, so it's a workable solution for me. I've had my Chirp bathroom, now, for about five years.
