Answer:	I use it instead of cuticle oil, though I suspect you could use both. I have found this as effective as cuticle oil. I always use it before I put on my gardening gloves, not just on my nails and cuticles, but on my entire hand, and I have found my hands aren't as 'beat up' as they usually get.

However, maybe you want to google it to get better answers. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Answer:	Please note that this is NOT AN ORAL THERMOMETER. This is a lab thermometer and is most appropriately used for checking the temperature in liquids. If you want to check your own temperature, place the red bulb of the thermometer into your mouth underneath your tongue. Use one hand to hold the other end up in case it is a bit heavy. Wait 2 minutes. Then pull the thermometer out and immediately check the reading. Normal body temperature is 36-37 degrees Celsius.

Immediately after washing, don't place it on any surface but, put the red bulb at the base under your tongue and close your mouth. 3. Support the top end of the thermometer with your right hand to hold it up. 4. Keep your mouth closed for two minutes. 5. Remove the thermometer from your mouth and quickly take a reading. You must do this reading quickly because, as soon as the red bulb base hits the air, the temperature reading will start to drop. There you go, try it yourself! Normal body temperature is around 36 to 37 degrees celsius. My temperature is 36.5 degrees celsius.
