Answer:	Mine does not turn it self off, it pauses 4 times (4 regions of the mouth) then stutters the 5th time a couple times and keeps going. I didn't think it was supposed to turn it self off. I wouldn't want it to either because after the four regions I keep going on my tongue roof of mouth then just hit the button that my finger is already resting on to turn it off. Not an issue

Answer:	Easy peasy! You can buy a 3rd party 110-240 volt charger on-line for about $10-25. Keep in mind--the toothbrush has a rechargeable battery--it's not a specific voltage, that's provided by the battery charger. These chargers are identical in weight/size/appearance to the 110 that comes with the US product. You will need to stick on a plug adapter for other countries, as these come with US plugs. Since I live in the US, I keep this charger in my travel kit.

Answer:	The 4100 has lithium battery, the series 2 uses NiMH. 4100 can be put on charger daily. Series 2 needs to have a drained battery before recharging. The 4100 also has a pressure sensor. I had the same question, and this is the response I got from Phillips.

Answer:	I haven’t noticed anything like that at all. After every time I brush my teeth, I take my hand towel (a little damp), and remove the toothbrush head, wipe that off, and I also I wipe off the handle itself as well as the metal bar at the very top that the toothbrush clicks on to. It may seem tedious, but it literally takes me less than 60 seconds and I do think it’s good practice and helps prevent any sort of build up/accumulation.

Question:	Why does this product have splenda? Is it really a toothpaste that cleans your teeth? Or just a breath freshener that tastes good
Answer:	Splenda (succralose) is a minor ingredient & would be diluted with saliva and end up being spit out in short time. I send these to our troops and they appreciate them because they are disposable single use and pack in cargo pockets. Have you read the labels on other brands of mouthwash? Saccharin and sodium flouride. They could all use sugar and then you could ask is this stuff trying to clean or rot my teeth. Just rinse your mouth out once you have access to water...how's that?

Answer:	It is 4 pouches with of 24 wisps. so you get 96 wisps in all.

Answer:	The first time I ordered this I received 24 bags of 24, later when I clicked the "e-ordered now" tab I received 1 bag of 24. Now it says 24 count 4 pack. These toothbrushes are like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get.
Question:	Is the 24 count individually wrapped
Answer:	I just bought these. The 24count for $4.99 are NOT individually wrapped. They come all in a little resealable pouch. I just keep them in my drawer at the office and use them when I need to. At $.21 apiece I am okay with that.
