The toothbrush bristles are designed to be used with charcoal toothpaste to whiten teeth, the bristles are "soft" so not brushing hard - I must say these work with the charcoal toothpaste, using for about a week, teeth are whiter without sensitivity and yes I drink one cup of coffee a day

Answer:	IMHO, they are too soft. I've used plenty of Colgate brushes and I really think these are not genuine or are manufactured differently than other Colgate brushes. I really don't recommend these unless you are buying them for a 6 to 8 year old. As I have still been using them to get rid of them, they also wear out really fast, so value for money? No.

Question:	Would it be safe for a 3 year old to use this toothbrush
Answer:	I don't know about this 1 but the other pack that i bought was the 5 pack all black toothbrushes. They are bad they chipped my tooth yeah it says soft but to me the ones i ordered say soft but ARE NOT SOFT. I recommend you keep looking for something better. Good luck to you and your son.

Answer:	They are very soft. I think they would be great for dogs.
Question:	Does the charcoal rinse off after first use? I dont want the charcoal, just a very soft childs toothbrush
Answer:	I never noticed the charcoal so I’m not sure if it rinsed off after the first use or not. It is the softest toothbrush I’ve ever used. And the shape of the toothbrush allowed for the bristles to get between my teeth more than my other toothbrushes, almost as good as floss. Hope that helped
