Answer:	I mean yes technically. Bleach refers to any chemical that lightens color or removes stain. If you are asking if this is industrial hypochlorite (Chlorox) than no. This uses an organic peroxide, a natural bleaching agent (dont get on clothes!)

Answer:	I am a retired dentist. I no longer "bleach" teeth, so this answer is not based on potential effects on my income. The ingredients used are used in dentistry and will brighten your teeth. 35% carbamide peroxide can also burn soft tissues (gums, lips, cheeks tongue) and can even burn a hole through clothing. If overused, it will damage the enamel of your teeth irreparably. I wouldn't feel comfortable turning just anyone loose to use this product in an unsupervised manner. Certainly some individuals will use it safely and effectively, but too many will be tempted to overuse. Your enamel will initially lighten because, like everything else, if you look at the tooth surface under an electron microscope, it is porous. The stains are trapped there. The bleach lightens and even removes that staining material. It opens up the pores and if you were to eat or drink too soon, those pores would just suck up stain like a sponge. Remember: There is only so much of an effect that's even possible. You can't keep chasing a shade you will NEVER reach. The damage to the enamel actually turns the enamel clear and the darker dentin under the enamel shines through...you start going the wrong way. Use only intermittently after an initial daily period which will yield the greatest and fastest result. Question:	My teeth are less than straight. Could I expect uneven whitening since they are not "flat" uniformly in the front
Answer:	Mine are crooked and some are in back of the others. I am very careful when I put the strip on. I start in the middle and go outward, making sure I smooth it over my teeth so that all are covered. Then I fold it over to the back.

Answer:	If you do a couple sets over a couple of years - It will last YEARS. It will last years IF you don't drink a bunch of coffee and black tea or wine all of the time. I think I used my last set in college - about 10 years ago and I've had white teeth probably for about 8 year. I've just started noticing they're becoming more yellow as I drank a bunch of coffee the last couple of years because of long hours at work. Prior to this I still drank coffee and drank wine regularly - I think the only differences are that I used to rinse my mouth out or use my sonicare right away after drinking that stuff and now I don't...and age.
Question:	Do you need to use daily for 20 days for them to work
Answer:	My kit had 22 in it and it did, indeed, take 22 days. You can skip a day if needed and go right back to where you were and it does not make a difference. The whitening is a gradual thing, but I can tell you after a week to ten days, there is a big difference. I am 68 years old and have never had my teeth whitened. I did not realize they were as yellow as they were. When I asked my dentist and he DID recommend them, and said they were excellent without being bad for my teeth or gums, and told me to use them everyday for the full 22 days with no side effects. That was the case, no sensitivity or anything, just pretty white teeth. I can now pass the "tissue test". Answer:	Step 2 contains hydrogen peroxide as it’s whitening agent. Although I don’t think mouthwash will affect your teeth adversely, I do believe you should wait a a couple to a few minutes after you brush to get the full whitening benefit from the peroxide. It’s also noted that the hydrogen peroxide kills germs in the mouth too so it could theoretically prevent bad breath like a mouth wash. All and all it’s safe to use mouthwash and rinse alike.

Answer:	Yes, I use the one size fits all mouth piece and it does both the top and bottom teeth at the same time ... little of the gel on top and bottom of it.
