Question:	Do you do uppers and lowers separately
Answer:	You may want to initially use separately to get used to trays in the mouth. There will be some excess whitening material that overflows the tray. Once used to them can try both.
Question:	Does this kit work with braces
Answer:	I have braces & have been using this product (the 10%, not the 15% though) & it DOES WORK with braces. My dentist actually recommend this product to me, specifically, because it DOES work with braces. The whitening solution actually whitens from the INSIDE OUT, so it will not leave discolored marks after your braces come off. This info is all directly from my dentist who is a 2ndGeneration dentist with a very large practice in a metro area (here in the U.S.). One tip... You may need to be careful when you remove the green rubber tray (which hold the whitening strip & element) since the strip will not adhere as easily to teeth with braces as it does to teeth without. A little extra maneuvering of the strip is usually necessary.
Question:	Is says on the box that this must be refrigerated. How do you deal with this during shipping
Answer:	Refrigeration is recommended by the manufacturer but it is not required. The kits can be kept at room temperature but if that is done the expiration date is cut in half. Our kits expire 09/2015 so even if its not refrigerated during shipping there will be no issue.

Question:	How do you get them to mold to your teeth from start to finish
Answer:	You have to hold them in really hot water for five seconds and put the mold in your mouth so they mold around your teeth. I did this about 10 times to get them fit perfectly. Then they are good to go!

Question:	My teeth are less than straight. Could I expect uneven whitening since they are not "flat" uniformly in the front
Answer:	Mine are crooked and some are in back of the others. I am very careful when I put the strip on. I start in the middle and go outward, making sure I smooth it over my teeth so that all are covered. Then I fold it over to the back.

Answer:	If you do a couple sets over a couple of years - It will last YEARS. It will last years IF you don't drink a bunch of coffee and black tea or wine all of the time. I think I used my last set in college - about 10 years ago and I've had white teeth probably for about 8 year. I've just started noticing they're becoming more yellow as I drank a bunch of coffee the last couple of years because of long hours at work. Prior to this I still drank coffee and drank wine regularly - I think the only differences are that I used to rinse my mouth out or use my sonicare right away after drinking that stuff and now I don't...and age.
Question:	Do you need to use daily for 20 days for them to work
Answer:	My kit had 22 in it and it did, indeed, take 22 days. You can skip a day if needed and go right back to where you were and it does not make a difference. The whitening is a gradual thing, but I can tell you after a week to ten days, there is a big difference. I am 68 years old and have never had my teeth whitened. I did not realize they were as yellow as they were. When I asked my dentist and he DID recommend them, and said they were excellent without being bad for my teeth or gums, and told me to use them everyday for the full 22 days with no side effects. Answer:	Put a mouth tray in hot tea water. the tray will get really soft and kind of curl up and shrink. pull it out and place in mouth and suck and press to conform to your mouth and teeth. If you didnt get a good fit put back in water and try again. When it is snuggged up on teeth keep it in until it cools. then trim up with scissors and emery board any rough edges.
