Answer:	The light comes with a pre-set setting i believe it's 12-15 minutes and another setting you can leave on indefinitely.

Answer:	Twist the cover piece and remove both batteries. Underneath that is a clear piece of plastic that prevents the battery from wearing out on the shelf. If you remove that plastic then place the batteries back in with the + (plus ) sign on top it should work. The clear piece is hard to see without removing both the batteries.

If I go out during the day with full makeup, before I go out for the evening an I wet a finger and swipe under my eyes. I then put some in my hand use a damp finger and reapply. Sometimes a damp finger is needed to remove where it has built up a little. I am 83 and have been using this for many years. It does the best job for my bags, which are large. It is certainly worth a try. Makeup and moisturizers need to be removed with a swipe of a tissue before applying. Play with it before you give up on it!

Teeth Whitening mouldable Gum Shield

Designed with durable thermo plastic that customizes to fit your unique mouth shape. In just minutes you can shape the trays easily to fit your teeth. This helps keep the trays in place more securely, giving a more even treatment when performing teeth whitening or other oral gel treatments. These trays are designed to fit individually for the upper and lower teeth, allowing for them to be treated individually.

When cleaning this product always use Cold water, as warm water can defect this product.

Step 1: Mouth tray

Practice placing the trays over your teeth. With your tongue against the roof of your mouth, suck the air from the tray until it begins to feel tighter. This will shape the tray to the teeth. When you are comfortable continue with the next step.

Step 2: Moulding trays

Prepare a pan of 80 °C water approximately 4” in depth so that the tray will be fully immersed but keeping the tab above the water. Place tray in the hot water for 5 to 7 seconds. The trays will become very pliable at this point and will tend to stick together. While the tray are in this state avoid twirling them as it may damage the natural contour of the tray.

Step 3: The Fitting

Lift the tray vertically from the water using the tab. Carefully and quickly place the tray around the teeth and immediately perform the procedure outline in step.

Step 4: Trimming Trays

Once you are satisfied with the fit, trim the front tab away from the tray with scissors .Make sure it is level with the front surface of the tray

Step 5: Bleaching time

Brush and floss your teeth before continuing. Place a small line of gel (clear gel in syringe) in the front portion of the tray for it to cover your front 6-8 tooth （0.5cc or less per tray）. The gel might irritate the gums if the trays are overloaded. Insert the trays very carefully keeping the gel on the teeth and away from the gums.

Step 6: Speeding up

Insert light an wear the trays for 15 minutes.Plastic strip may need to be removed from beneath battery cover of light before use occurs.If sensitivity or irritation occurs wait 24 hours between treatments and use less gel. Be sure to rinse trays thoroughly after use. Repeat process daily until you reach the desired shade.

Answer:	I like the no slip. I don’t know about the kit with 44 strips. As long as they are the no slip strips. Otherwise they slide all over your teeth

Answer:	You put the Whitening Strips on for about fifteen to twenty minutes and remove. Don't understand the flossing question. Can't floss with them applied. I brush and floss when I remove them.
