Answer:	I am a retired dentist. I no longer "bleach" teeth, so this answer is not based on potential effects on my income. The ingredients used are used in dentistry and will brighten your teeth. 35% carbamide peroxide can also burn soft tissues (gums, lips, cheeks tongue) and can even burn a hole through clothing. If overused, it will damage the enamel of your teeth irreparably. I wouldn't feel comfortable turning just anyone loose to use this product in an unsupervised manner. Certainly some individuals will use it safely and effectively, but too many will be tempted to overuse. Your enamel will initially lighten because, like everything else, if you look at the tooth surface under an electron microscope, it is porous. The stains are trapped there. The bleach lightens and even removes that staining material. It opens up the pores and if you were to eat or drink too soon, those pores would just suck up stain like a sponge. Remember: There is only so much of an effect that's even possible. You can't keep chasing a shade you will NEVER reach. Answer:	Absolutely! You put the whitening gel on both sides of the mouth piece before putting it in your mouth. Btw, I have a quick gag reflex but this device doesn't bother me at all.

Answer:	On the contrary, I think you want to get your teeth as clean and dry as possible and then apply as directed.

Answer:	Twist to dispense gel onto the tip then brush it onto the top and bottom. Only a thin layer is needed (avoid overloading the teeth with gel)

3.Twist the bottom of the pen clockwise( to the right ) until a little gel flows from the gel chamber on to the brush. For first use you may need more twisting.

4.Smile wide keeping lips away from your teeth.

Question:	Do you do uppers and lowers separately
Answer:	You may want to initially use separately to get used to trays in the mouth. There will be some excess whitening material that overflows the tray. Once used to them can try both.
Question:	Does this kit work with braces
Answer:	I have braces & have been using this product (the 10%, not the 15% though) & it DOES WORK with braces. My dentist actually recommend this product to me, specifically, because it DOES work with braces. The whitening solution actually whitens from the INSIDE OUT, so it will not leave discolored marks after your braces come off. This info is all directly from my dentist who is a 2ndGeneration dentist with a very large practice in a metro area (here in the U.S.). One tip... You may need to be careful when you remove the green rubber tray (which hold the whitening strip & element) since the strip will not adhere as easily to teeth with braces as it does to teeth without. A little extra maneuvering of the strip is usually necessary.
Question:	Is says on the box that this must be refrigerated. How do you deal with this during shipping
Answer:	Refrigeration is recommended by the manufacturer but it is not required. The kits can be kept at room temperature but if that is done the expiration date is cut in half. Our kits expire 09/2015 so even if its not refrigerated during shipping there will be no issue.
