At the time of removing the braces,Molar band remover pliers is used to remove the molar bands from the molar teeth.

One of its working ends is designed to engage the margin of the molar band from the gum side and the other end with the white plastic button is rested on the flat surface of the molar tooth. When pressed the molar band comes off.
