Answer:	Unfortunately , the watertank has single hole in midway back with a removeable door flap. Run warm water thru the top spout to clean the pipes from top to bottom, remove watertank, then let water out thru hole and shake. Rinse off parts of the model. This model is harder to remove all water--and when you use it AM and PM, it is hard to evaporate thru little hole. However, you can insert a paper towel to catch the water as you shake it. This model is cheaper than the big wateropen tank. It does the job tho.

Answer:	I believe in the instructions it mentioned that out of the box it's in easy mode. That's the default. In the 1st 14 days it's supposed to gradually increase to the max power. To bypass the 14 days you press and hold the power button a few seconds. That's supposed to put you in max mode right away. I know the instructions also had a brief description how to go back to easy mode but I've just had mine on max since the beginning. You may have unknowingly put in max mode but it should be fairly easy to put back in easy mode.

I could not find any info on the box, the instructions, or on the internet . I’m taking it out and going to brush my teeth again and rethink a Night guard. I was just trying to save $400 at the dentist.

Per the directions, heat enough water to submerge the bite guard to 160°F (71°C) (hot, but not boiling or scalding water) on the stove top or in a microwave oven. Immerse the bite guard until the material turns clear. Once it turns clear, it is soft and pliable and ready for fitting. If the device doesn’t turn clear within a minute, the water is likely not hot enough. Try heating the water a bit more until the guard turns clear. Question:	Can it be formed to cover the bottom teeth
Answer:	I don't think that the Dentek people have answered this question with is the one being referred to in the question. I believe it is this: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002WTCK4Q/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1, which I have used and there is no boiling as described in one of the answers. Another answer describes it as too big. This might refer to it, but my experience is that it fit well and I have a small mouth. And the Dentek is adjustable; it can be adjusted even smaller than how I set mine. I used this Plackers guard for the first time last night, and I was surprised to like it better! The guard is quite small - it only goes to my 2nd-to-last molars, but this is their intention from the picture on the package. I was unsure about not having my back molars covered, but actually it worked out better. The guard prevented my molars from touching, and therefore grinding. The pressure from clenching that usually leaves my jaw achy in the morning (even with guard protection) was significantly less (barely noticeable), and was in the mid-teeth area instead. The guard is made of a cushier material (though the Dentek is comfortable and effective) which might be why it works without going all the way back. I am really happy with this. Because my dentist recommended switching guard types around to not get too used to one, I will probably still used the Dentek sometimes. But this is my primary nightly one now.

There is significant shrinkage once you put them in the hot water. Maybe I left it in too long or it was too hot. Anyway I use that one I made and it work for what I need. I wear it on my top teeth so I don’t grind at night. There’s no way my top and bottom teeth can touch with it in. It keeps a gap between the teeth.

Answer:	Not sure what you mean by "reused". Once you've molded it to your teeth, you can use it multiple times. You should replace it, as recommended by the manufacturer. They don't last forever. But, they can be worn repeatedly.

My dentist was going to charge me over $550 for one made for me, but I just can't figure out how I would make it clean enough after awhile, so these fit the bill for me, and it will be quite awhile before I amass $550 worth of these. I used to wear "daily" disposable contact lenses for a week or more as well without any problems. I could be wrong, but it seems to me these companies want you to go through their products quicker than necessary so they can sell more products.
