Answer:	I use gum paroex, which is expensive but very effective. I purchased gum rincinol to save money but I stopped using it after one use because of the taste that is absolutely awful. I even threw the whole bottle away. Hope this helps.

Answer:	roughly a good hour. You're not suppose to eat or drink afterwards for about an hour. I'll drink water and it still seems to "hold" It's a relief to use the rinse. I will rinse my mouth before I eat just so I can eat. I have used another and it doesn't compare to the Rincinol. The other stuff I used didn't really help me. I think it might be the aloe vera juice in the rinse that coats, not sure. I will dip my finger in the little cup that comes with the bottle and spread some directly on my sores and it also helps tremendously. I would buy 2 bottles if you have a really sore mouth as 4 ounces doesn't last long.

Answer:	I don't believe it gets rid of an infection. However, it seems to alleviate associated discomfort. It also seems to delay progression of the infection. It delayed progression in my case. As the instructions indicate, if you stop using the product over time, symptoms reoccur. While using the product I did not seem to have any discomfort or progression. However, the dark spot, where the infection started, was showing on my xray. Consequently, my dentist said he did not feel comfortable performing another procedure to connect a bridge until I had a root canal to make sure all infection was out. Double strength really works but this can be costly over time.

Question:	Why doesnt thus product come sealed? No plastic around top or under cap
Answer:	Since purchasing this product, I have had two sores on my tongue. One was on the side of my tongue and one was on the tip. Out of 5 applications, I only had a cover fall off once, and that was for the sore on the side of my tongue. I do have to warn though that while it provides amazing relief and protection against irritating food, you will have a large jelly lump stuck to your tongue. For me it was worth it though.

Question:	What does Rincinol do for oral trush
Answer:	Its quite amazing it helps with thrush, gum and mouth ulcers. I had thrush about a month ago and after two rinses it cleared it up completely. This is the only thing I use now if I get an ulcer or anything else, its the best.

Answer:	This is a 2 pack of 4 oz. each.
Question:	does it work for swollen gums
Answer:	Not sure if it would help swollen gums. Upon rinsing mouth, it creates a "coating". I use this product when I have canker sores in my mouth. It temporarily seals the open sores and makes it bearable to eat, driink or talk. I think it is a great product.
Question:	My daughter does not like the minty flavor. Does this taste minty
Answer:	No, I do not detect a "minty" taste.
