Question:	How loud is the WP-660? I own the WP-65W and it sounds like something you might hear at a construction site
Answer:	WP-100 is the one with a very strong motor, will last for years, unless you forget and leave it running on an empty tank as i did. So what if it is noisy; it works and will last. By the way, using it at more than 2-3 may cause damage to your gum line. Leaky tank valve, even the new WP-100s have a defective tank valve (it doesn't fall down when the tank is removed, therefore the tank dribbles when removed for refill. This problem remains even with new valve inserts (which i obtained from Waterpik's wonderful service). The fix, although slightly annoying, is to take the handle of your toothbrush and gently press down on the valve during the lift off process. You can then discontinue the toothbrush, and refill and reseat the tank, without dribbles occuring. Just grin and bear it. Also, you will need to purchase replacement angled wands because the tip will become junky and can't be cleaned.

Answer:	You can, but you should avoid using any type of essential oils (be careful that your mouthwash does not contain any) as they will ruin the plastic over time and your waterpik won’t last as long. How to Use a Water Flosser

Step 1 - Lean over the sink and place the tip in your mouth.

Step 2 - Start with the lowest setting. Partially close lip to prevent splashing and let water flow from your mouth into the sink.

Step 3 - Aim the tip at the gumline at a 90 degree angle.

Step 4 - Start with the back teeth, move along gumline and pause briefly between teeth. Floss front and backside of teeth for one minute a day.

Note: We recommend the use of this cordless water flosser in the shower to prevent the spraying water all over the bathroom.

Question:	How long will two AA batteries last for this irrigator
Answer:	I use mine daily and the batteries last about three weeks. It definitely eats batteries. It takes two AA batteries. In regard to using rechargable batteries, the product directions say not to, due to possible corrosion problems. I’m about to try them anyway and keep an eye on them for corrosion. They would pay for themselves rather quickly.
Question:	Can it replace a toothbrush or it is just a supplementary to the toothbrush
Answer:	Quit trying the easy way out and quit being lazy. You still need to brush your teeth 2-3 times a day and it also doesn't replace flossing. An oral irrigator is designed to get food particles out below the gum line and in between the teeth, but as I said you still need to floss. If a person has been diagnosed with deeper than normal periodontal pockets then an oral irrigator is perfect for them.
Question:	I started using this oral device 2 weeks ago but every time I use it i got all wet, i.e. my face gets wet. Does this normal
Answer:	No. It's not normal. Put the Jet Tip (the part that squirts) into your mouth before you turn on the Irrigator. And turn the Irrigator off before you take out the Jet Tip. Bend over the sink and let your mouth hang open as you work the Jet Tip from tooth to tooth. You can watch the yukky stuff that was stuck between your teeth and under your gums falling out as you use the Irrigator this way to clean your mouth. It's nice knowing that stuff isn't there any more -- and you'll find you still get stuff out of your mouth with the Irrigator even after brushing and flossing.

Answer:	The tip is removed by pressing a little button so it is easy to remove and replace with another tip (you'd have to purchase). The battery has lasted me about a month so figure it would be half that for two people. Manual suggests not using rechargeable batteries as they tend to not hold up well in the moist environment of the bathroom. I love mine for travel as it is so small. In fact, other than cost, I'd probably purchase two since they take up so little room.
