Answer:	Bottom states it's made in the USA with U.S. and non-U.S. components and distributed from New York, New York. #280 believe is very bright and not burgundy or plum. Don't know if that's the color you're interested in.

Answer:	I'm very pale and I have been using this product for years. It's hard to find now. I use the ivory and I countor too so I don't look too pale with it cause the next one up is waaayyyy too dark

Answer:	The item and shipping weight in the product details can be dismissed as not helpful for our purposes. I don't beleive these are meant to mislead. I have purchased this product for about 6 years now; so I have used the older and newer product - both in the glass bottle with black cap. The .99oz., or sometimes 1 oz. numbers refer to the actual fluid product volume. The other numbers include the weight of the container and the "as shipped weight" which are not usefull when determining how much makeup one will receive. In my opinion, a very good product. I mix different shades together to arrive @ my exact needs depending on my skin color (sun effect) at the time.
