Answer:	It’s super long lasting, although it gets a bit dry so I would put on some chapstick beforehand if you want it to not dry out your lips. It doesn’t really transfer unless you’re like drinking but even then it’s not that bad.

Answer:	I would say these aren't 100% matte, but they're really close. Like...95% matte. And it only takes a couple minutes to get to that point. Maybe 3 minutes if you apply a thicker coat.
