Answer:	I apply it with my ELF Kabuki brush on top of ELF Primer and then use a Matte setting spray (Also ELF) and the Milana foundation comes out so smooth and flawless. It is a light coverage but I'm sure its buildable. Sponges tend to give this a streaky, uneven look. At least in my opinion
