Answer:	yes it doesn't feel oily at all. the only thing about buying it from Amazon is when it is in the box and rolling around during shipping it always breaks off from the tube kind of like how lipstick breaks off when you roll it up. I've had this happen two times and had to call customer service to have another one sent to me. so it's kind of hit-or-miss whether or not that will happen again. I just didn't want to take the chance so I've been buying mine at the local Walmart

My skin has rosacea and it is sensitive, breaks out easily. This product almost heals my breakouts. I love it but must use a primer with it which I don’t mind. I am over 65.
