Answer:	Yes you can, I used it same day I delivered my baby (I had a normal delivery) but I don't know when someone who had a c section could use it, you might check with your dr. I bought a medium size my pregnancy weight was 204lbs and height is 5feet 7in. Weight before pregnancy was between 180 and 190. So for you I think a small would be fine or extra small (xs). The strips are very strong, but they are lightweight. I'm busty, too, but they come in REALLY handy for certain things. For example, i use them on top of my bra straps to keep low tanks, blouses from slipping down too low; or in between the front buttons on a blouse to ensure closure without having to use pins.

Answer:	I imagine it could. My sleeve garters didn't arrive on time and these worked just as good. I couldn't reuse the strips after, but hey, I'm cool with it.

Question:	Has anyone used this to hold up a strapless bra under a formal dress? Did you stick bra to dress, or bra to skin? Did it hold well
Answer:	I’m sure it will! I use one strip on each shoulder to attach my shirts to my shoulders keeping the bra strap and the shirt in place. It works beautifully. If the wedding dress is heavy you might want to use several stripes though.
Question:	Can I safely remove the tape from a very light and delicate chiffon material without damaging it
Answer:	I use this tape to hold up the back of no show socks do that they don’t skip off my ankles. I love it. I don’t see why it wouldn’t work on thigh highs.
Question:	Is the tape reusable
Answer:	It should. I don't see why not. I never tried on knits though, only between skin and cotton or silk shirts and blouses, to keep them in place on the shoulders. I also used it on shirt gaps between buttons and it works beautifully!
Question:	In reading the reviews it seems like people are reviewing totally different products. Does it keep bra straps from slipping, or not
Answer:	I have not. However, I used it to close up a top and forgot about it, placed it in the washing machine and hung it to dry. when I put the top back on, the tape was still in tact.
