Using a clean, dry makeup brush, pick up a tiny amount of the product. Using upward strokes, spread a thin layer of the gel underneath the eyes for puffiness, onto the crow's feet area, onto the "11" lines between the brows, and beneath and above the brow bone (but not on the moveable eyelid). In the spring and summer, I mix the Light to Neutral with Neutral to Tan. In the summer, I mostly use Neutral to Tan because I am not as pale. Look at the color choices and see which looks closest to your tones. I find this product helps even out my skin tone without looking heavy like foundation. It's better to start with a lighter shade. I am happy with the mixing of the two colors to get it to match my skin really well. I once ordered the tan to medium, and it was really too dark for my complexion. I hope that helps!

Answer:	This is the best thing I have ever used. I do not use anything under it. Just wash my face with safeguard soap, rinse and dry it. Than I apply this item and let ti dry thoroughly. I do use a light dusting of powder foundation. I like the Philosophy super foundation air brushed canvas and a little blush. I do use eye makeups and lipstick. This lasts for hours. I use my serums like Hyaluronic acid and Synthe 6 plus retinol serum and a light cover of cream. My skin looks the best it has ever looked. I will be 82 next month and most people think I am in my 50's. This is much better than plexaderm. I do not use sunscreen .
Question:	if i apply foundation as well as lotion over this product will it go away
Answer:	Don't use lotion but oil works .... vitamin e oil works well . Let it completely dry before patting the oil on ... then pat the makeup on with a wet sponge ... it takes practice but I love it !'..

Question:	Does this make your face shiny or feel greasy
Answer:	Not at all. I am not a fan of foundation as a rule but this product is fantastic. lightweight and provides excellent coverage without feeling greasy. Never shiny.
Question:	Is the "Fair" color lighter than the "Light" color
Answer:	The light is a tad darker than I need which I have used in the cc illuminating foundation . I hope they will have the fair in this foundation soon. It is lighter than the light. I think the fair will work just right for me but I prefer the illuminating over the matte finish. They do not yet have it in the fair. I was told the fair for the illuminating would be out soon. I hope so. I like the coverage of this foundation because I have dry skin and it makes my skin look softer.
