Answer:	It's been awhile since I opened the blush and I've opened a different brand since then that was sealed, but I'm 95% sure the blush was sealed, yes. I say that because I intend to order ELF blush again and I would not order it if the first had not been sealed. I hoped that makes sense. I wanted to give a good answer. I really like ELF cream stick blush and alternate two different brands for color. Good luck!

Answer:	No it does not. Label on bottom states it is for decoration and is not water tight

Answer:	The base is not solid (such as like the base of a table lamp would be, to make it heavier/more stable) If you turned the vase upside-down, you could put about 5-6 cups of rice into the cone formed by the base. So the answer is yes, a hollow cone forms the base.

Answer:	FYI, there is absolutely NO way this vase weighs 10 lbs! A gallon of milk weighs only 8 and a half pounds, and this vase is not even one quarter of THAT. I'd guess this vase weighs a little more than 1 pound, or maybe a tiny bit heavier than an unopened 16 oz can of beer or energy drink.
