Answer:	No it's not clumpy but I don't think the formula is as good as it used to be when they marketed it in the USA.

Answer:	Not in a blister pak. Was wrapped in a baggie type plastic and said it was new, and I DON'T think that it had been used before. But I don't know how long it had been sitting around before being sold.

Answer:	I have blonde eye lashes and I wear the black. It's a true black, so in sunlight it doesn't look grey. Also the waterproof formula is truly waterproof.
