Answer:	I have purchased countless tubes of this mascara and 99% of them are completely dry upon opening. If not dry, I only get about 1 week’s use, applying just once a day! I called L’Oreal yesterday to complain and was given a refund. I’d rather they address their quality control as I love this mascara when it works and tubes are not dried out upon purchase!

Answer:	I had the same issue and saw no expiration date either. I'm not impressed with this mascara.

Answer:	I have used this mascara for years because the brush is curved rather than straight. It makes for an easier application. There is black and brown-black, so regardless of what they call the color, choose black or brown-black depending on your coloring. I have used both colors and there is actually very little difference in the look.
Question:	On the package it says: "cured brush" and "340 black". on another photo on mascara itself "carbon black". confusing. which one is correct

Answer:	I only used it for my brows and it did work on the brows. Sorry, I could not help. It worked, however, the product is expensive for a small quantity. I could not justify the value.

Answer:	It is not necessary to rub the product in with your finger. However, it does take a little time to dry, so you can rub it in to speed up the drying process if you choose.
