Answer:	I have not have that problem either. I agree, there may be some flakes if too much is applied; however, if you make sure to cover all the fibers, it won't have flakes throughout the day. I only had problems with the flakes right after applying; but, I gently brush them off with a beauty sponge that's been damped. Honestly, this product if applied correctly, they wont budge unless they are under like hot water or have been wet for a long time. So, no this product won't give you racoon eyes.

Answer:	Compared to others I’ve used, flaking is minimal. Until it dries well there will be some flakes that fall. I find if I just qtip then off after finishing both eyes, nothing else really falls. My only complaint about any of the fiber lash mascaras is they don’t last long enough before drying out and thickening.

Answer:	Not if you wear your mask over your whole face. If you only wear a mask over your nose and mouth and only wear mascara on your eyes you should be ok unless your mask gets accidentally pushed up your face and over your eyes while your mascara is still wet then it might smudge a little bit and you could even get it in your eyes which totally stings. What’s worse is if you then pull your mask back down over your mouth, it could smudge down your whole face and you could then get it in your mouth and on your teeth. You can cover up most of it with the mask but all of the smudges on your upper nose, eyes and forehead will be visible. When it happens to me I just wear sunglasses which helps. So, yes it can, you just have to be careful.

Answer:	I wish it came in brown too. Sometimes black can appear to harsh and too contrasting from the color of my skin. I like the effect of dark full lashes but without it overpowering the overall makeup look!

Answer:	It is made in China. Fiber Mascara is not manufactured in many countries and China is the one that has been making fiber mascara the longest, so actually has the best quality. We checked out and tested the quality of over 20 manufacturing facilities in China before choosing to go with the one we are with now. Question:	Why does it say 4d and the formulas are only 3-D
Answer:	I see the same thing. It advertises 4D in the description but pictured is a 3D gel tube & a 3D fiber tube. If what brings it to 4D, as the seller says, then it doesn’t make sense that in the description once you scroll down into the sales pitch, it talks of the different formulas & mentions that the 4D formula brings your lashes to 400%. There’s either a 4D formula or not. The seller answered that it’s the eyelash curler that takes it to the 4D level, which is bate & switch advertising if you ask me. Another amazon customer answered that the 4D formula is smoother & easier to apply. So basically you have two conflicting answers. This is where the company, not the seller, needs to answer your question, which was mine as well. I was sold in this mascara, until I saw that the copy stating it was 4D didn’t match with the picture. Why would I buy 3D when they have a 4D, but where do I buy the 4D, etc. I think the seller messed up the copy on this set of 3D gel, 3D fiber, and a mini curler, & is calling it 4D, as if a curler can bring your lashes to 400% instead of 300%, without a different formula. There probably is a 400% formula, based on the Amazon customers answer to you, & the fact that the company’s mention of the 400% formula in their bio below the ad, but this set with the mini curler isn’t it! I’ll keep looking thank you, but the company, really should respond because it’s sketchy. If the seller IS the company, than that settles that for me.

Answer:	I didn’t have good luck with getting this off at all. I found it very hard to remove even with really good eye make up remover that I know works well on pretty much everything else. The only way to get it off my eyelashes us to sort of a scrape it off which made me lose lashes. I wish I’d never tried it.
Question:	Is this mascara waterproof
Answer:	it dries quickly, I do not know if it is waterproof, it gives no volume, horrible brush I sent it back...not worth the cost

Answer:	I use cocount oil as a makeup remover and it comes off great... a little 'crumbly" but totally fine and I love this mascara!

Question:	Are these products compatible with contact lens
Answer:	I don't wear contacts but I can say that the mascara does not break off in any way, so nothing gets in your eye.
Question:	Is this mascara swimming-proof strong waterproof
Answer:	I found that this mascara is great for everyday waterproof - not good for swimming - I read a couple of reviews that stated people washed it off in the shower and others stated they couldn't get it off with makeup remover. I tried both. It took several splashes of warm water before it started to run - and eventually - though not all of it - started to melt away. I use a covergirl waterproof eye makeup remover and a wash cloth made for make up removal, and it came off just fine. I have to admit, there were a lot of little fibers at the bottom of the shower when completed, but easily washed down the drain. This mascara is well worth the try, believe me. I have been using it now for a week or more, and I love it! I even bought some for a co-worker to try - I love it. RA
Question:	Is this truly tear proof
Answer:	Gave my son a bath and had water splashed in my eye, my mascara started coming off. Crying didn’t smear it, but easily came off when I wiped my bottom lashes with a tissue
Question:	Don’t see color choices .. says deeply pigmented.. what does this mean as far as color
Answer:	It's black but in my opinion not overly dramatic black. This is a great mascara, you can choose how you want your eyelashes to look by how much you apply. For day I go easy, just enough to show but when going out I pile it on and it looks great, no clumping or flaking and it comes off easily with eye make-up removed. I'll buy this mascara again, hope this helped!
