Answer:	Take a hot shower and then wash your face! It's actually really cool, you can GENTLY pull the "fake" lashes off and it looks like you've taken off for real false lashes. Question:	Do the fibers flake off when applying
Answer:	Compared to others I’ve used, flaking is minimal. Until it dries well there will be some flakes that fall. I find if I just qtip then off after finishing both eyes, nothing else really falls. My only complaint about any of the fiber lash mascaras is they don’t last long enough before drying out and thickening.
Question:	With the majority of mascara I use I get transfer from my eyelashes to my upper eyelid beneath my eyebrows. will this transfer color
Answer:	I didn't notice any transfer of color, some of the fibers did fall off, but you can easily sweep them away. I think as long as you let them dry properly you shouldnt have any issues.

Answer:	Hi Az, I'm not sure what you mean by having puffy eyelids. If you are seriously sensitive to things on or around your eyes, it's better to just stay away from mascara products in general. Answer:	I don't wear contacts but I can say that the mascara does not break off in any way, so nothing gets in your eye.

Answer:	I found that this mascara is great for everyday waterproof - not good for swimming - I read a couple of reviews that stated people washed it off in the shower and others stated they couldn't get it off with makeup remover. I tried both. It took several splashes of warm water before it started to run - and eventually - though not all of it - started to melt away. I use a covergirl waterproof eye makeup remover and a wash cloth made for make up removal, and it came off just fine. I have to admit, there were a lot of little fibers at the bottom of the shower when completed, but easily washed down the drain. This mascara is well worth the try, believe me. I have been using it now for a week or more, and I love it! I even bought some for a co-worker to try - I love it. RA

Answer:	I have not have that problem either. I agree, there may be some flakes if too much is applied; however, if you make sure to cover all the fibers, it won't have flakes throughout the day. I only had problems with the flakes right after applying; but, I gently brush them off with a beauty sponge that's been damped. Honestly, this product if applied correctly, they wont budge unless they are under like hot water or have been wet for a long time. So, no this product won't give you racoon eyes.

Question:	Can this be used with masks
Answer:	Not if you wear your mask over your whole face. If you only wear a mask over your nose and mouth and only wear mascara on your eyes you should be ok unless your mask gets accidentally pushed up your face and over your eyes while your mascara is still wet then it might smudge a little bit and you could even get it in your eyes which totally stings. What’s worse is if you then pull your mask back down over your mouth, it could smudge down your whole face and you could then get it in your mouth and on your teeth. You can cover up most of it with the mask but all of the smudges on your upper nose, eyes and forehead will be visible. When it happens to me I just wear sunglasses which helps. So, yes it can, you just have to be careful.

Answer:	I wish it came in brown too. Sometimes black can appear to harsh and too contrasting from the color of my skin. I like the effect of dark full lashes but without it overpowering the overall makeup look!

Question:	How do you remove mascara
Answer:	Regular fade wash takes it off.
Question:	The box the lashes came in wasn't sealed or anything. Is it still safe to use
Answer:	I LOVE fiber products! My eyes have always been my best asset, next to my smile! I've heard comments on them >1/2 century si when I say THEY caught the attention of an FBI agent - they HAD to both look natural & LOOK amazing as I'm over the hill!! My eyes ARE my best asset -AFTER my smile (UNLESS you know me!) When I reported a MAJOR crime to the FBI agent - it says something that my eyes/lashes WERE commented on before I left - at in HOW I grew such.......! Today, ALL products bought are sold/made to expire, usually w/in a yr - FEW do! When it comes to this category - yes - they 'gel' just like mascara IS made to dry up quickly (MY opinion/life experience, and LOTS OF years to test/prove!) By no means does sell by or expires on mean products AREN'T good or will remain so - it's called "CYA"!! MANY products, remain good OR can be extended by the appropriate measures - which I've gone to lengths to learn! Used daily, few will/could use up all included by the expiration - LOL - I've had the ones I use/LOVE >2yrs - I've yet to come near running out of fibers- BUT BY 'expire date!' I have products/drugs 10yrs beyond expiration -yet remain as effective if not more so than Ice seen expire by dates go from 10yrs to 1 since the internet - YET few, if any products, including drugs expire in that time - makeup the exception. UNLESS you know HOW to extend/rejuvenate...! I've yet to have find this type product unusable & having many they're meant to expire -UNLESS you know how

Question:	So the mascara is the gel
Answer:	There are two tubes, one with gel and one with fiber. You apply one coat of gel, then fiber, then gel again. (It takes 5-6 coats of regular mascara to get the same results)

Directions:

Step One: Apply the gel just like how you would with a normal mascara.

Step Two: While the gel is still wet, apply 1 coat of the dry fibers to the middle and tips of eyelashes.

Step Three: Seal in the fibers with the gel used in Step One.

Question:	Is the mascara included or is it something you use with your own mascara
Answer:	It is a set of 2 mascaras and 2 fibers. However I have sensitive eyes and these fibers make my eyes itch. I have to use my 3d brand fibers with this mascara
Question:	I work outside during the summer months will this hold up, when its raining, or when you are sweating
Answer:	I love this mascara and find it stays on through thick and thin until I take it off at night. As with any mascara I would refrain from rubbing your eyes but dabbing them with a Kleenex when sweating has worked well for me.
Question:	Does this mascara clump terribly
Answer:	I wear contacts and was worried at first about this type of mascara with the fibers. I was so happy to find that when applied in thin even coats, I could build my lashes as full and long as I want without clumping or fibers floating into my eyes! I love it!
Question:	Has anyone used this daily , long term ever experienced losing your real lashes
Answer:	I was using this daily and have not noticed a difference in my real lashes. I sell beauty products for younique so I have been using there moonstruck 3D fiber lashes which is pretty much the same thing and I think it's wonderful. The way it makes your lashes giving it the false look effect. I think you should try the gel experience. I know I won't ever go back to regular mascara and I've been an avid user for almost a year now and my lashes are great. There's been no damage to my real ones. I hope this helps you.
