Answer:	I have wondered about the rancid smell also. I go through about 4 of these a year and had one last year that was nasty rancid. It was not expired. Answer:	"better" is hard to answer. cost? depends on the seller and size. taste? personal preference, though I personally like it more than jarrow's. however, muscletech, isopure, and six star also have unflavored ones. six star tastes the best, but they have creamer in it to give it better texture. quality? they're mostly similar (all large companies that have been around a while), and some brands may be more or less compatible with your stomach.

Answer:	Lol is cOrNsTaRcH in the ingredients? No, so obviously not. Go for the isolate if you want protein that's about 90% pure. Concentrate has about 3.5% lactose, cause well, it's from milk. Isolate is processed more, but may reduce some other benefits to obtain more isolated protein.
Question:	Is there caffeine
Answer:	Isolate is great if you are lactose intolerant. It is slightly higher in protein and lower in carbs and fat. Concentrate has a higher amino profile. For my money, concentrate is preferred unless the carbs / fat / lactose issues are at play.
