Answer:	Actually they are NOT really cruelty-free....their parent company (major brand, L'Oreal) sells in China which requires animal testing (just like how MAC isn't REALLY cruelty-free) and L'Oreal straight up lies (fudges facta) about this on their website/packages. While NYX still doesn't test on animals (final product OR ingredients), buying their products helps profit a company that tests a ton of stuff on animals! Simple Eye Liner Application

1. Gently pull the outer corner of the eye to stretch and smooth the eyelid
2. Apply the liner as close to the lash line as possible
3. Dip a cotton swab in makeup remover and gently clean up any imperfections

Creating the Classic Winged Eye

1. Draw a thin line on the outer end of the upper lash line extending upwards to create a small tail
2. Place the tip of your liner pen near the center of your upper lash line then gently draw a line that connects to the end of your original wing
3. Carefully fill in the gap between each line
4. Retrace the line until the desired thickness is achieved

Question:	where is this made
Answer:	It's a medium brown with a subtle shine. It dries quickly and has a more matte look to it. I apply mine with a very thin line so it's not overdone.
Question:	Is this a counterfeit product? i notice the "covergirl" lettering is in a very plain font on the pencil, unlike another one i owned
Answer:	This eyeliner is not waterproof nor smudge proof. It runs immediately when it comes in contact with water, so only water is needed to remove it. I think it's made for children.

Question:	Are those matt or glitter-type pencils
Answer:	This is a twist up pencil you don’t need to use sharpener. If you want to give a pointy edge at the bottom of the pencil pull off plastic piece and sponge and you will find a sharpener. It’s not necessary to use
Question:	I ordered this and it is not sealed. Is that normal
Answer:	I find that a little of this liner goes a long way. I apply some and then use the smudger end or my fav liner brush and it will set better. Uses less product and I find I havw no smudging unlike the times that I just run the liner on.

Question:	Is this good for a waterline? I read someone said it was to heavy and looks unatural but that would be okat for me because Im in theatre
Answer:	Didn’t last that long for me. It transferred up to my upper eyelids by noon, even though I used primer and power on my eyes.
