Answer:	Matt. This specific pencil has really great staying power, and durability. I bought about 6 different brands, and this is by far the best!! And my fave...I would just prefer it if nyx was not a subsidury of a larger company that animal tests...although supposedly they do not test themselves.

Answer:	The only seal that was on mine was the standard perforated plastic on the outside. If yours doesn't have any type of plastic seal, I would not take any chances and return it.

Answer:	Facial cleanser and water gets most of it. Vaseline takes off anything that’s left.

Answer:	I find it to last as long as I'm applying, one reason I recommend this product. Other's dry fast even reapplying later. I can reapply later to freshen up if needed & still Epic still applies smoothly. You can't go wrong, try it!! I'm very picky, so for me to like & purchase really says something.

Answer:	Actually they are NOT really cruelty-free....their parent company (major brand, L'Oreal) sells in China which requires animal testing (just like how MAC isn't REALLY cruelty-free) and L'Oreal straight up lies (fudges facta) about this on their website/packages. While NYX still doesn't test on animals (final product OR ingredients), buying their products helps profit a company that tests a ton of stuff on animals! PETA let's this slide but the Beagle Freedom Project (and even Sephora) does not (and they have an app called Cruelty Cutter that tells you about each product/brand - you can look them up AND EVEN SCAN BY BARCODE so you can check the products already in the house!). Answer:	I used to use Stila. I do like the colors of Stila, but if using Black, this is hands down better. I have oily skin and this surprisingly does not smudge - I'm not running or swimming - just working and it does not smudge. I actually wish Docolor had the color versatility of Stila. My Stila eyes would not stay precise like Docolor eyes. I also think Mascara might have impact. I use Elizabeth Mott, so when I pair these together, I can wear it from 7 am to 9 pm for work and everything still looks strong at the end of the day
