Answer:	Product is authentic, but if you have any doubt you should buy from Lab Series official site. At least you will have peace of mind, otherwise you will be wondering until your death whether it is authentic or not.

Answer:	You can. I find slightly better results if I use a vitamin C serum underneath the cream. I don't use any other Lab products on my face when I use this one.

Answer:	I purchased this product based on the answer to this question. I wanted the exact product in the picture and ended up receiving the Resilience Multi-Effect Night Tri-Peptid. I am very disappointed because I expected the original product that has been retired as in the actual picture: Estee Lauder Resilience Lift Night Lifting / Firming Face and Neck. NOT HAPPY

Answer:	It’s safe to use the Lifting + Firming Cream on your face, but this cream was specifically designed for the skin on your neck and chest, which can be different than your face. For your eyes, we recommend using an eye cream made for that delicate area.
