Answer:	I do not see anything listed in the ingredients of this product that should truly be doing anything to make your lashes and brows grow. Yet it has great reviews so it is doing something. I believe what it is doing for those getting successful results is helping maintain and nourish the body's natural ability to have good lashes and brows. If you inherently do not have good lashes or brows, that is likely why this or other products that do not contain bimatoprost or at the very least, biotin are not working for you. Lash growth requires an active amount of the ingredient bimatoprost (the active ingredient in Latisse). It is said to help stunted follicles grow more rapidly and stimulate follicles that are currently not producing lashes to begin producing them. In theory this ingredient can do the same to help eye brows grow. Other helpful ingredients are Biotin and panthenol, they help to strengthen the hair. Hyaluronic Acid helps to condition and soften the hair. Although products  that do not contained bimatoprost will not magically make hair grow, they may be helping other ways. It is likely the result of the user simply tending to their lashes and brows that is helping their natural properties of growth by keeping them healthy. So I would say, judging from the reviews, it is worth a try for the price. I liked Lash Boost from Rodan & Fields but it is over 3x the price of this. It does contain bimatoprost and something called prostaglandin that I'm not as familiar with but again it is not cheap. I believe it is over $100 per a mascara sized container now.

Answer:	No it does not come with a sharpener. A standard eye liner sharpener works well. It is a great liner.

Answer:	I prefer natural brown. I am blonde.
Question:	Eyelash & Eyebrow Tint " and NOT "RefectoCil Cream Hair Dye " the cream will BLIND me so can you check please
Answer:	this is an eyelash and brow color and not a hair dye. it says it especially on the package, well in german, but anybody can translate it and knows for what the dye is.the headline for the product is wrong it is not hair dye !!
Question:	Can you use in lashes
Answer:	Yes it can be used on lashes as well as brows. It's important that you use the developer that is sold by the same company as it is a low 3%. Anything higher than that is not recommended. Avoid getting the dye in your eyes and make sure you clean it from the lashes completely. I recommend having a bottle of saline solution to flood the eye with after removing the tint with wet cotton balls. This will stain the skin so it's important to put vaseline on the skin around the lash area but don't get that on the lashes or the tint won't work. I usually put Vaseline underneath my eyes and then I take a cotton round, cut it in half, wet it and squeeze out all of the water and place up under my eyes. The Vaseline holds the cotton round in place as well as protecting the skin so that the tint doesn't get on the skin. I then use a clean disposable mascara wand to apply the tint on my lashes. You only need to mix a very small amount and only 2 drops of developer is needed. The first couple of times you might experience a slight tingling sensation but that usually goes away quickly. It is advisable to do your best not to get it in your eyes. If you have any further questions I am happy to answer them. I am a licensed aesthetician.
