Question:	How often is it safe to use this? Like how long do people go inbetween perms usually
Answer:	It depends. If you have short hair, your hair grows a half inch a month so if you cut the perm off you cam probably perm every 3 months. I have below shoulder length hair so I perm about every 9-12 months. Just remember perm over permed hair will be dry and crunchy. Gauge your own hair, but this perm is the best I have found.
Question:	Is this okay if I treated my hair (was dirty blonde, now medium-no bleach used) a few months ago and is healthy now
Answer:	I have used this perm but would recommend Olgilvie for Permed or Color treated hair which I prefer to use cause I have bleached blonde hair from being out in the summer sun. As long as there has been a month since other treatments on your hair were used this Normal Perm should be fine. As I said I have used this exact perm on my hair and Olgilvie is a pro when it comes to home perms and when you follow the instructions exactly the perms turn out great.

Answer:	The way I understand it and I have used both, is that the “Precisely Right” perm you cannot overprices the perm timing. But with this perm for normal hair (not dyed or highlighted) you must time it for your hair and desired results with the test curl or previous experience. The “Precisely Right” formula is more fool proof.

Answer:	I have sisterlocs and the flexi rods work great. I haven't used any of the other ones yet. They would most likely work as well but the curls may not last as long.

Answer:	The rods we ordered came with no instructions on using them for "permanent rods". They are to be used for damp hair, left in overnight to finish drying and then removed in the morning for your desired curl. I can not answer your question as to whether they are of a substance that would qualify them to be used with the chemicals that are in permanent solutions-I am not qualified to answer that. They are foam. I would think the chemicals would break-down the foam and might cause damage to your hair and the rods for sure. I would check with the manufacturer for a qualified answer though.
