Answer:	I'm a hair dresser and I would not recommend using this on wet hair. It will dry your hair out and damage it. However, I blow dry my hair quickly with my hand, I don't even use a brush, and then the Instawave smooths my hair out for me and makes it look acceptable haha. I love this thing so much, I bought a second one in case the first one ever breaks. I haven't tried it on straight hair yet, so I don't know how well it works for thinner straight hair, but for medium to very thick hair, it is excellent!

Hold InstaWave vertically at a slight angle. For short hair, place the spinner close to the root – no need to section hair. For long hair, section hair 1 to 2 inches. Place sectioned hair behind the spinner (prongs).

Step 2

Press rotational switch to begin rotating. The spinner (prongs) will automatically begin catching and curling hair.

Continue to press rotational switch until hair is fully wrapped around the barrel. Hold InstaWave in place until you hear a beep.
