Answer:	I don'y have experience with the deep waver, but my hair is in layers and it is cut in a bob, just above my shoulders also. I love this waver ! Makes a nice wave without the kinky look. Question:	Can this be used on wet hair
Answer:	I'm a hair dresser and I would not recommend using this on wet hair. It will dry your hair out and damage it. However, I blow dry my hair quickly with my hand, I don't even use a brush, and then the Instawave smooths my hair out for me and makes it look acceptable haha. I love this thing so much, I bought a second one in case the first one ever breaks. I haven't tried it on straight hair yet, so I don't know how well it works for thinner straight hair, but for medium to very thick hair, it is excellent!

Question:	I have a Beachwaver curling iron & can't get the hang of using it. Is this one easier to use
Answer:	MUCH easier! I have tried both and the KISS takes half the time and the curl holds just as well. I will warn you there is a bit of a leaning curve with this one, but nothing too difficult. Once you figure out the best way to place the hair and how to hold the iron your results will get better. It only took me a few times to master this. It's so quick and easy looks GREAT!

Question:	Looks like one wand is tapered and the other is not. Which is better
Answer:	Yes it had an auto shut off, most curling irons do. But I found out the hard way that it doesn't shut off when it overheats.
Question:	WHAT is the temp. in degrees of this wand
Answer:	It's shiny, but they're not made as well as they used to be. It looks the same, but Conair is cutting corners to keep this product the same price. Mine shorted out today and burned off a section of my hair. It literally melted and stuck to the barrel. The piece still on my head is frizzed and burnt. I've owned about a dozen of these since the mid 90's and never had this problem, but this incident was enough to make this my last Conair curling iron.

Answer:	No it doesn't come with a glove, but the handle and black tip stay cool. The clamp holds your hair. I have a pixie cut, and this is easy to use.
