Answer:	Hello, it's a "hair straightener", so it's straightens the hair! Cord won't "curl" as well! I never tried to curl my hair with it! For "curling the hair" look for a different product!

Answer:	I have very thick, textured hair, somewhere in the 3c to 4b category, and it worked wonderfully! I agree, it is not easily cleaned, but I was able to pull out long strands of hair by hand. But if you have a soft, long-bristled brush (maybe something like a paint brush) you can probably use that to brush out any left-over debris.
Question:	does it work for really curly hair like natural curly hair?? does it not damage my hair after using it
Answer:	Yes,it does. I am black with natural hair and it does a wonderful job straightening it. My daughter is biracial with very long and very curly hair and this has been the best product for her hair. Her hair is much smoother than with a flat iron and it takes less time to straighten it with the brush.

Answer:	I haven’t used it on a beard, but I do use it on my son’s 4c curls hair (very tight curls) and it straightens his hair.

Question:	Will this dryer work on very short fine hair where all I want is smooth volume? Could kick myself for not paying better attention to what stylist did
Answer:	The one point to consider is that the brush is quite large. If your hair is very short I'm not sure how you would build volume if you are unable to wrap brush around hair. I love this dryer but you may be better off looking at dryer brushes (and there are plenty) that are similar in size to a curling iron. At least you would have a chance of building volume. Cheers

Answer:	I received, but 110 watts does not suit me, how can I change to 220 volts?

Answer:	This same thing happened to me. Had it for 8 months and had just used it, maybe 12 times. I called the manufacturer (Amazon provides that information), told them what happened and they sent me a new one. I called on monday and today (friday) it came in. It took only 4 days!! :D Just make sure to have your dryer at hand when you call.
Question:	What is the watts/wattage for this product
Answer:	I'm going to guess you might have wanted to know how much wattage this dryer has ie how much "blow power" it has. I looked high and low for this information because if this was going to be a styling tool with 4-500 watts of power it was going to take 5 days to dry my hair and I didn't want it. I finally found the information on a hardware store sight of all places and they listed the wattage as 1100 watts. That seems about right. It is quite powerful and dries my curly hair smooth and bouncy quite quickly as long as I do sections of hair at a time. I have no explanation why Revlon does not list the watts on the pamphlet or on the actual unit so no fault to Amazon. It might have been on the box but I've since thrown it away. Women need to know if there is a little stream of air blowing, a full force dryer or something in between. I'd say this is in between but blows really well. I love this and if you've been using other blow style round brushes this will be the best one you'll ever own. There is a great U tube video where a girl with a bob demonstrates how to use it and I found it very helpful, including how to hold the unit top and bottom and roll roll roll to get gorgeous results. Answer:	I wouldn't say it's "better" than a flat iron. It certainly does a great job straightening my daughter's very think and long hair. It's much faster and even easier than a flat iron, especially with think long hair. Difference for us has been time... Takes about an hour with a flat iron and about 10 minutes with the brush straightener. Again. My daught has A LOT of hair. I myself just use a flat iron all the time and it takes me only about 10 minutes (I have long but thin hair) For us, this product is about having an option that is faster. If a flat iron does the job 100%. I'd say this does the job at 90%. For my daughter, this is huge! Because time is important. But if you are purchasing totally based on which straightens your hair best, go with the flat iron. But I would highly recommend this if your purchase is based on length of time it takes to straighten your hair. My daughter will still occasionally use the flat iron for special events.

Answer:	I have used it on hair that short. You have to push the hair down in order to get it in between the bristles so it’s difficult but not impossible :-) it also comes with a heat glove which makes it a lot easier to work with shorter hair

Answer:	Yes but in a way that it’s not direct heat like a flat iron has, If that makes sense, a flat iron squeezes your hair and is more direct heat as this does get hot enough like a flat iron it’s just not direct. It takes me more time than my traditional straightener.
Question:	Would using this be less damaging to your hair versus using a flat iron to straighten the hair
Answer:	Not necessarily. Heat is heat. If both tools heat to 450, they can both be damaging. This tool allows you to adjust to cooler temps while still being effective, so that is a bonus.

Answer:	I just don't understand how this brush doesn't work for some people, i guess it's all how they use it. I have bleach processed hair half way to my waist. It is very natually curly. I dry it straight most of the time. I coat it with a good conditioner and then a huge dollup of hair mousse after i towel dry. Then i blowdry with an ionic hairdryer and a big mixed bristle brush (part plastic/part boars hair bristles) and then use this flattening brush for only 5 min and my hair goes from straight (but slightly frizzy post-blower) to super straight and shiny sleek. It's crazy how well it works. I've owned hair tools for 20 yrs and purchased many straight from my salon and this beats them all hands down. I don't let it sit in any one place for too long and i comb out all the tangles beforehand and them i just start grabbing sections of hair and hold the hair over the brush and brush the section from roots to end and it's marvelous!

Answer:	For me, it takes less than half the time an actual flat iron took, and my hair is super thick and unruly/wavy. I love the extra time I now have in the morning!
