Answer:	You could, but I would recommend using a conditioner also. Any daily shampooing will dry out your hair.

Answer:	I dry my hair with towel and leave slightly damp. Then, I comb through and style it and apply good quality hair spray. Once it dries, my hair stays well looking thick until the next day.

Answer:	When I first started using this, I sprayed it at my scalp all over, then used my fingers to work it through my hair. When they introduced Boldify 3x hair growth serum (which is awesome!), I started using that all over for fullness and using the root booster only at the top when I wanted a little added lift. This leaves my hair softer, feeling natural like I don't have any product on it. The texturing spray left my hair slightly stiff. I have thin, fine, straight hair.
