2.For hair care: Wash your hair before steam.Evenly apply hair mask or the other hair care product after gently wipe the wet hair. Adjust the preferred height of the chair and carefully put your head under the hair-care cap.

Question:	Do I use cold water or warm water
Answer:	It doesn’t matter the temperature of the water. It will steam when the water gets to a desired temperature. I use room temperature bottled water. Heard that tap water isn’t good to use.

Answer:	The water goes in the clear grey oblong shaped part with a metal tube sticking out. You unscrew it, add distilled water, turn upside down and allow gravity to do yhe work. Using tap water will lead to calcium and lime build up over time, not recommended.

Question:	Can you use essential oils in this unit
Answer:	No you can not! I learned the hard way by doing so. I had a bad cold and I put some Eucalyptus oil in the water tank with the water. What it ended up doing is warping the plastic opening and after about 2 uses after, the cap just fell apart so I had to throw that away. I can still use it, but I have to add the water by hand.

Package says once in a while to make sure there is no buildup to put couple of drop of clear vinegar in it and use it. hope this helps :)
