Answer:	TWIST IT OFF ~ DO NOT SNAP IT OFF! I used a 'grip cloth' for opening jars and just TWISTED the filter cover to the LEFT; it came off easily. To put it back on securely repeat the steps, but TWIST it to the RIGHT. *There were no instructions and I considered 'snapping it off' as was suggested in one answer when I could not twist it off. DON'T = BREAKAGE!!!

If 20,000 of these showed up in February from China, and they sold them all at a price to make a profit of $29.99, and now they need to bring more in, the cost to do so has gone up since Februarys supply which was ordered in 2019. So the price is now higher for the end user. That’s capitalism. If you think they’re only worth $29.99, build one for $29.99. Otherwise, If it cost them $12.00 to build it in 2019, and now it costs them $26.20, they’re not going to sell the incoming product at $29.99. Answer:	The BLACK model does NOT come with a diffuser (but does include a concentrator).... I think all other colors include both the Diffuser and the Concentrator.

Answer:	The cord length is 60 Inches exactly making it 5 Foot long. I am thinking that they have reduced the length since this question was first asked.
