In addition to the regular controls, there is a separate cool shot button you can press while using a hot setting that gives you a shot of cold air while you hold down the button (and when you release it, it goes back to hot).
Question:	How to remove the filter? Seems tight
Answer:	TWIST IT OFF ~ DO NOT SNAP IT OFF! I used a 'grip cloth' for opening jars and just TWISTED the filter cover to the LEFT; it came off easily. To put it back on securely repeat the steps, but TWIST it to the RIGHT. *There were no instructions and I considered 'snapping it off' as was suggested in one answer when I could not twist it off. DON'T = BREAKAGE!!!

Answer:	I removed the plastic insert from the diffuser and put inside the nozzle of my hair dryer. That was a pretty good fit. Then I put the diffuser on top of the insert, which was a loose fit. I used duct tape around the diffuser and dryer to secure. So far I only used the rig once, but it seemed to work pretty well. Answer:	Hi, Assuming you are talking about their MAX-T 8101 Razor, I own several of these (one for each car) I have never taken their charger out of the box. I use a standard USB wall lump (probibly from my Samsung phone) and a USB-B (Micro USB) cable. You may find that some USB cables are a little to fat to fit into the razor. Just try another one. Sometimes cheap USB cables work best because the nice fancy USB cables sometimes have big strong connectors and that wont fit in the tiny area on the Razor. BTW: I'm not guessing on this, like I mentioned I have several of these and this is what I do. PS. I do love this razor.

Answer:	I tried this diffuser on 3 different hair dryers and it didn’t fit any of them. Too small. I actually ended up buying a new dryer with it’s own diffuser.

Answer:	The diameter at the opening is about 2.5", but it gets narrow inside and it stretches. The blow dryer I have that fits it is a Conair 1875 and is about 2" diameter at the bottom

Answer:	The cord is 55 inches long.

Answer:	No it is not, only 110v (marked as 125v).
Question:	Does this product have a warranty? I purchased in March of 2016 and it is no longer working
Answer:	Yes, it does....but like all warranties it a pain to use. Asurion also covers the unit...both are "covered" for 2 years. But...Asurion will not cover it if the Conair warranty is still good...which it will be because they both cover 2 years. So no point in buying the Asurion plan as it will be worthless. This dryer WILL stop working within that 2 year window due to a poor fan design, and Conair will take it back...but the cost to return the unit will be as much as the original unit costs.
Question:	Does cool button need to hold while drying hair or just push once & it blows the cool air the whole time
Answer:	I always use the warm air to dry my hair. Sorry I can't help you. I just looked, and I don't have a cool button, only hot and warm.
