Answer:	The cable is long enoug to be plugged in at the floor level and reach about 5 inches or so over my head and I'm 5 foot 8, so I'd say it's about 6ft long but I'm not absolutely positive on the exact length.

Answer:	First, I have to say that the documentation regarding the "cool" button in all of the manufacturer's materials is extremely poor. In any event, let's understand that there are 2 "cool" functions. There is a gray sliding switch that adjusts the temperature of the air being blown(Cool-Warm-Hot). In addition, there is a blue "cool" button; I assume that you are asking about that button. The only apparent function of that blue button seems to be to inactivate the heating function - so, if the temperature slide button is set to Warm or Hot, and you press (and hold) the blue Cool button, you end up getting non-heated, or cool, air. This seems to be the same as just sliding the temperature control switch to Cool setting. Why the two are duplicated, I really don't understand. Regardless, this hair dryer clearly is not an air conditioning unit with refrigerant! - so the coldest air you can get is room temperature. However, it might feel a little cool simply because of the blowing action of the air on your scalp and skin, especially when they are a little wet. Getting back to your original questions: the blue cool button (and/or the air temperature slide switch) do not cause very cold air to be produced, and it does not control how "strong" an air flow you get.

Answer:	Yup. The heat (cold, warm, hot) and the speed (low, medium, high) are two separate settings/controls. In addition to the regular controls, there is a separate cool shot button you can press while using a hot setting that gives you a shot of cold air while you hold down the button (and when you release it, it goes back to hot).
Question:	How to remove the filter? Seems tight
Answer:	TWIST IT OFF ~ DO NOT SNAP IT OFF! I used a 'grip cloth' for opening jars and just TWISTED the filter cover to the LEFT; it came off easily. To put it back on securely repeat the steps, but TWIST it to the RIGHT. *There were no instructions and I considered 'snapping it off' as was suggested in one answer when I could not twist it off. DON'T = BREAKAGE!!!

Answer:	I removed the plastic insert from the diffuser and put inside the nozzle of my hair dryer. That was a pretty good fit. Then I put the diffuser on top of the insert, which was a loose fit. Answer:	I have thick 4c hair, and I believe it does work well with that texture. I use it for personal use and have found it to be really great, could it be stronger? Yes. Could it be hotter? Yes. However, I believe it is very effective and worth the money because it gets the job done for me. I haven't had a tooth break yet, though I have only used it for a couple of months roughly. Answer:	Hi, Assuming you are talking about their MAX-T 8101 Razor, I own several of these (one for each car) I have never taken their charger out of the box. I use a standard USB wall lump (probibly from my Samsung phone) and a USB-B (Micro USB) cable. You may find that some USB cables are a little to fat to fit into the razor. Just try another one. Sometimes cheap USB cables work best because the nice fancy USB cables sometimes have big strong connectors and that wont fit in the tiny area on the Razor. BTW: I'm not guessing on this, like I mentioned I have several of these and this is what I do. PS. I do love this razor.

Answer:	YES! I have wavy hair and the diffuser is a big deal to me. It diffuses gently, like any good diffuser should. The attachment fits tightly, but is not too hard to remove when you want to switch it up. Hope that helps! Honestly, the biggest deal about this hair dryer is the ability to choose positive or negative ions. Negative ions a sleeking, but make my fine hair flat. The positive ones are major body-making. Instead I bought the conair 1875 ionic lightweight dryer, which is not as loud and doesn't sound like its malfunctioning. The 1875 lightweight works well. There is probably a quieter version of a hair dryer, just don't know which one. Hope this helps.
