It goes on clear if you warm it up by rubbing it between your fingers. No scent. I recommend wiping the waxy film off of your fingers with a paper towel after applying.
Question:	Why does this pomade make my hand feel like greasey or for example like i dipped my hand in oil
Answer:	The pomade is very waxy in texture and the wax gets on your hand when use it to style your hair. I would recommend washing your hands and then wiping your hands on a towel of some sort.

Answer:	Hello, That is a great question! A hot towel is not needed for general application due to Ocean View being water based. Answer:	No. It has a good hold. But not as heavy as Murray wave grease. Cold label wolf is a thick promade but it washes out way easier and like I said before it's not heavy. Plus it's natural.
Question:	What's the difference between the this and the waves and scalp butter
Answer:	The Coldlabel Wolfing Pomade is a more thicker product. It should be used while your hair is at a longer length (while your wolfing) to help lay your hair down. The Wave and Scalp Butter is a lighter product. It has hold to it but not as much and it can be used at any length your hair is at. I recommend only using the Wolfing Pomade when you absolutely have to and use a small amount. I bought a can in December and I still have more than than half.

Answer:	This doesn't have the traditional hold of say a Dax or a murray' hair grease. It's a lot lighter since it isn't petroleum based. If you have a lot of hair on your head you may want to look for a thicker product. If you have a lower cut, are just trying to keep your scalp healthy and have your hair looking neat this is definitely a good product.

Derrick, let me add that I had waves prior to using this product already. This information might seem irrelevant; but ever little detail counts. Buy a Kingston brush for optimal results if and when you decide to buy Cold Label premium. Answer:	I think it works great on training your hair to get waves. I started using the product because my son wanted waves in his hair. We gave him a fresh hair cut and began to use the Wave Builder Products. We cut his hair close and began to use the grease, shampoo and training lotion. We didn't cut his hair for 3 weeks, after the first fresh cut. After the 2nd cut, MAGIC, , his waves were on point!!! Along with using the product, brushing his waves with a medium bristle brush is the key. Brush your hair as much as you can and use a stocking cap AND durag at night and when you're relaxing at home. Question:	I twist my natural hair, can I use this product for that and if so how long will it last? I use a product now and it last for approximately two weeks
Answer:	Every 3 months or so, I get a Keratin smoother (McVoil -- no toxic ingredients!) that loosens the tightness of my hair. Think of it as taking my hair from a 4A to a 3C hair type. To keep it up, I use about a tablespoon or MacVoil conditioner plus Carols daughter Mimosa. This lasts me about 3-4 days. I then wet it, apply the MacVoil plus Carol's daughter and I'm good to go for another 3-4 days. I have never had a product last me for two whole weeks.

Answer:	I don't think the product name was meant to be deceiving--the jar label simply says it's something sweet for hair, and I agree. I love this shine pomade--really tames down fly-away or dry hair if used sparingly.
