Answer:	Depends on what you want it to do. My experience is with thick coarse hair and it performs well. Actually it’s the best I’ve used and I’ve tried many.... for all things I keep going back to Aveda for most things. If you like Aveda you’ll probably be happy with this product.

Answer:	I really don't know. It is not for hair growth, if that's what you're asking. It's a light wax that you rub on your hands, and then helps style your hair.
