Answer:	Its a leave-in conditioner. You scrunch it into set hair to encourage naural curl. When I use this I don't have to use a curling iron.
Question:	I naturally have curls, but with a lot of frizz to a point I can’t keep my hair open. Will this cream help cool down the frizz
Answer:	Yes it will. I rub a small amount into my hair after washing and comb it through and initially after drying it feels a little stiff, like when you use hairspray, but I brush it again and then my hair feels soft and has little to no frizz. I do the same on days that I don’t wash my hair and it works just as well on my dry hair as it does when it’s wet. I have really tight corkscrew curls.

Answer:	This stuff is awesome. The green variety pack is my favorite. Ingredients list:filtered water, erythritol (natural sweetener), juice concentrate, organic coffee fruit, citric acid, ascorbic acid, organic stevia extract, white tea extract, beta carotene for color. This is from my Malawi Mango bottle.

Answer:	As of 2020, the label on each bottle says it contains 55 mg of caffeine. 55 mg is definitely enough to cause sleeplessness if you drink it at nighttime.
