Answer:	Yes, the bristles are soft but I think a better description is that they are flexible. That's why they work so great on baby fine hair - they grasp the hair gently. So many of the other air brushes have very stiff, almost harsh bristles and they tear the hair and scratch your scalp. These don't. Have been using this air brush for years and have never had any problems with it. I just ordered another one as a back up - - just in case!

It is the best product I have found for my hair. If left undisturbed to dry, it takes out the frizz and does not leave it sticky or stiff, just soft. After it's dry, if I notice any frizzy ends, I use a little of it on the dry ends and it smooths them out. I love this product, but it's getting harder and harder to find in the stores.

Answer:	I actually don't use this as directed. I have my own way of doing it. I do not use shampoo on my hair. Every few days I take baking soda, mix it with water and let it run through my hair and massage my scalp. On a daily basis I use ORS replenishing conditioner on my hair first. Sometimes I leave it on all night and sometimes I just put it on for 15 minutes. I then rinse this stuff out of my hair and apply the John Frieda brilliant brunette to my hair focusing on the lighter spots or any grey areas. I then massage it down to my scalp. I sometimes leave the john frieda on for five minutes or sometimes an hour depending on how much time I have. I have very long hair past my waist so I don't always take the product clear to the end of my hair. I do it every once in a while but I mostly focus on the top of my head. Then after the John Frieda sits on my hair I take my shower and rinse the John Frieda out of my hair and condition my hair with Nexxus Kerafix conditioner and rinse it out. I then put Argon oil on the very tips of the end of my hair which helps when I blow dry and curl it. I have been doing this routine for a few years and my hair is the healthiest it has ever been in my life. I also do some deep conditioners on my hair with olive oil a couple times a month and a mix with cayenne pepper in it to stimulate my roots which makes my hair grow.I never get split ends. My hair hardly ever falls out and it is very soft after I blow dry it. I get tons and tons of compliments on my hair. I buy 8 bottles of this John Frieda a month through the subscribe and save which saves me $3.00 a bottle instead of ordering it only when I need it.The John Frieda will leave a slight brown stain on your head. My hair is so long that it doesn't matter to me. The stain washes out when I use the baking soda or when I use the ORS replenishing conditioner. Question:	Can this be used with a blow-dryer only
Answer:	The blow dryer helps straighten it out, but the flat iron is what seals the straightening treatment in your hair, and treats it as an iron guard. So the answer is no, it shouldn't be used with a dryer only. The back of the box says blow dry then use a flat iron to seal in the straightener *i just pulled out my box and read it lol*.
Question:	Does anyone use it on dry hair for a touch up with a flat iron on day
Answer:	No, but sometimes I wait a day to flat iron and it’s been fine. I use JF Serum and brightened pre 3 Day Straight after washing. Stays for 4 days!
Question:	Plan to use with flat iron. Should I prep with other products (creams or heat protectants first before straightening, or does this do it all
Answer:	You should not have to use any other products with this.
Question:	Can this be used only on wet hair ? Times when I want to instant iron my hair, can I use this over dry hair

Answer:	I have very curly hair and LOVE this. I still need to use something else in conjuction (usually a curling cream), but I definitely like this product!
